Talking..

Some People talk too much.. some are almost lipless.. the majority are average.. However, people agree that talking too much is an annoying and discomfortable manner.. yet; people feel helplessly incapable to control those talkative ones..!!
If I'm not mistaken.. some research had proved inability to think while talking..
Talking requires lots of energy and brain resources that would leave little for thinking capacity..

It is also a vs. verse matter..
Therefore, talkative persons are greatly annoyed with interrupting questions that stimulate thinking.. many usually fail to successfully answer, few would remarkably do, particularly teachers..!!

I personally use this technique.. simply firing an interrupting complex question.. Then; immediately take over the conversation, and shut down the venue..!!

Taking this into a Sudanese Context..We are a talkative people.. Despite the claims of been knowledgeable or smart, we prefer talking than listening.. even so, while listening, we are thinking on how we shall talk rather than the exercise of both logic and referrals of what we listen to..

Yes, this is harsh.. Yet, true.. otherwise, what are the implications of millions of books read by Sudanese, thousands of academic research conducted by their natives, thousands of journalistic articles made by our enthusiastic writers..?
We simply occupy the bottoms of most indexes..

I found nothing but our talkative manners, which vacuum anything from true values and bring us closer to hypocrisy and nonsense..

People widely confuse Politicians with Statesmen.. While no politician would retire poor, statesmen do.. Some only gain, and others truly rule..!! Ironically, this applies on everything from small household, to the biggest cityhall..!! Just look carefully around..!!
While almost 70% of any population are commons; who seriously cannot politically determine, democracy is further proven luxurious.. Politician deliberately play on physical and emotional needs to chair, short in road mapping serious national interest, and set aligns with who would reward them for their claimed tough fights for the commons..!!
The 3rd world does not need new leaders to rule.. It needs more teachers to understand.. Knowledge never ride with politics.. Therefore, our nations are scoring in democratic applications and themes; while rates of poverty, illiteracy and diseases are still high.. Change will not come with politics, but with Machiavellianism..!!

Independant Western Sudan..!!

Despite the nice effort of the writer, epistemic foundation of the call are too weak. There are only political will and intellectual visionary as assets for states-to-be.. Land with resources, sole ethnic reference, or administration are considered successful assets for a state, nor conclusively advocated in Western Sudan. However, in 21st century, unity proven prosperous than partitioning. Japan classically had built its massive economy on resource-less land, Nazi-condemned-Germany is the main preacher for Nazi-Victimized-Euro State, and Neo-liberal in CCI call to reform the Soviet Concept instead of misfortune divide..!! The true Sudanese dilemma is the seizure by corrupt politicians, short-sighted influencers, and confused culture of book-wormers..!! The true call for all Sudanese is to be rational, realistic and sincere towards their own cause.. Enough is enough against the time wasted on false dreams, manifestoes or analysis.. مكونات الدولة: غرب السودان من الإستغلال الى الإستقلال- محمد النور كبر

سيدخل السودان في السنة القادمة تجربة سياسية جديدة على اهله ، و هي تجربة الإستفتاء الذي مقرر له أن يحدث في جنوب السودان ، و بالتالي السماح لأهل جنوب السودان تقرير امر ذو وجهين: اما التصويت لصالح الإستقلال و تكوين دولة مستقلة جديدة ، و أما التصويت لصالح الإستمرار في الوحدة و يظل السودان قطر واحد مثلما كان منذ لحظة تكوينه.. تجربة الإستفتاء ينتظرها ايضا اهل الأقاليم الأخرى ، و التي تريد أن ترتب امورها على نتيجة ذلك الإستفتاء.. من بين تلك الأقاليم السودانية اقليم غرب السودان بمكوناته السياسية و الإدارية الحالية و هي: كردفان الكبرى (شمال و جنوب ) و دارفور الكبرى( شمال و جنوب و غرب).. الى حين وقت الإستفتاء المزمع ، ثمة هناك خطاب ايدولوجي اخذ حيزه من الرواج كثيرا ، و نسميه خطاب التثبيط ، وجوهر هذا الخطاب يذهب الى فرضية أن اقاليم السودان مثل جنوب السودان ، و غرب السودان ، لا تملك مكونات الدولة التي تؤهلها الى تكوين دولة مستقلة اذا قررت الإستقلال عن السودان بشكله الحالي.. هذا الخطاب يهمنا كثيرا في الجزئية التي تتناول غرب السودان و التي تذهب الى أن غرب السودان لا يملك مكونات دولة مستقلة ..و هنا سناقش مفهوم الدولة ، مكوناتها ، و ما يوجد على ارض الواقع في غرب السودان من تلك المكونات..و ايضا سنتعرض لذلك الخطاب من حيث الدوافع ، المكانيزمات الأيدولوجية التي تسنده ، و اغراضه

ما هي عناصر الدولة:

لتكوين دولة ، لابد من توفر عناصر بعينها ، و تشمل فيما تشمل تلك العناصر: عنصر الأرض ، المكون البشري ، الحكومة .. الوحدات الإدارية السياسية المكونة لغرب السودان الآن ، هي :ولايات كردفان الكبرى (شمال و جنوب) وولايات دارفور الكبرى (شمال ، جنوب ، و غرب)..تحتل هذه الولايات مساحة كبيرة ، حيث تقدر مساحة كردفان الكبرى بعدد (376145 ) كيلومترا مربعا ، و تقدر مساحة دارفور بعدد (510888) كيلومترا مربعا ، و بالتالي تكون مساحة غرب السودان عدد (887033) كيلو مترا مربعا .. و هي مساحة اكبر من مساحات دول عديدة في هذا الكوكب.. الأرض في غرب السودان تتنوع بين الأراضي السهلية المنبسطة ، الأراضي المرتفعة قليلا ( تلال) و بعض من الجبال التي لها وجود في كردفان و درافور.. المناخات متنوعة ، و بالتالي هناك تنوع في فرص الزراعة و اقتصادها . أرض غرب السودان ، ايضا غنية بالمواد المهمة ، فهي غنية بالبترول ، و اليورانيوم ، و عدد مقدر من المعادن الأخرى المهمة.. هناك ايضا ثروة غابية كبيرة ، و هي غير مستغلة حتى الآن الإستغلال الإقتصادي و التجاري الأمثل.. كل هذه عناصر نعتقد جزما أنها تشكل مكون مهم في مكونات الدولة ، فان كانت الأرض ، و هي اهم عنصر لتكوين الدولة ، متوفرة في غرب السودان ، فاننا لا نرى داعي لإثارة انعدام هذا العنصر ، و منها يمكننا التقرير بكل اطمئنان أن عنصر الأرض متوفر في غرب السودان لتكوين دولة مستقلة..! قد يثير البعض امر الدولة المغلقة ، بمعنى اذا استقل غرب السودان و كون اهله دولتهم المستقلة ، قد يجدون صعوبة أن الدولة الوليدة ليس بها معبر مائي و بالتالي غياب المياه الإقليمية.. ولا نعتقد أن هذه مشكلة كبيرة ،فمعظم الدول الأفريقية ، ليست لها معابر مائية أو مياه اقليمية/دولية ..و مع ذلك لم يتأثر وجودها كثيرا بغياب مثل ذلك العنصر..و بالتالى لا يؤثر ذلك في حالة غرب السودان

المكون الثاني في عناصر الدولة ، عنصر السكان ، سواءا كان اعتبار ذلك العنصر من حيث معيار نوعي أو كمي ، فأننا سنوضح ذلك و مدى انطباقه على حال السكان في غرب السودان.. عدد السكان في ولايات كردفان (شمال و جنوب) هو عدد (4327396) نسمة بحسب تعداد سنة 2008..و عدد السكان في ولايات درافور هو عدد (7515445) نسمة بحسب تعداد سنة 2008 ، و بالتالي مجموع عدد السكان في غرب السودان هو (11842841) نسمة..و هو عدد أكبر من عدد سكان بعض الدول المعتمدة في هذا الكوكب.. اذن من ناحية معيار كمي ، فان غرب السودان يملك العدد الكافي من المكون البشري الذي يؤهله لتكوين دولة مستقلة عن السودان.. من النواحي النوعية ، و نتحدث هنا بصورة مقتضبة عن النواحي الثقافية و النواحي الإجتماعية.. صحيح أن الثقافات في غرب السودان هي ثقافات متنوعة و متعددة ، و لكن يجمع بينها خصلة التعايش و قبول الأخر ..فكل الثقافات في غرب السودان متقاربة بنسبة كبيرة ، لدرجة تجعلها متشابهة و بالتالي وصفها بالثقافة الواحدة الكبرى ..و يصعب جدا وضع حدود ثقافية بين المجتمعات في غرب السودان.. المجتمعات في غرب السودان ، ايضا متشابهة الى حد كبير ، و طرائق المعيشة ، و بناء الإقتصاديات المحلية ، كلها امور متشابهة و متقاربة .. صحيح أن معظم المجتمعات في غرب السودان يغلب عليها الطابع الريفي و اقتصاد الزراعة و الرعي ، الإ أن هذه السمة مشتركة في جميع ارياف غرب السودان و تخلق نوع من التداخل الإيجابي الفريد.. صحيح أن وعي القبيلة و ذهنيتها متفشية في معظم مكونات المجتمع في غرب السودان ، الإ ان هذه الحال لم تصل بعد لتشكيل قضية كبيرة تمنع تعايش الناس مع بعضها البعض ، و التواضع على اتفاقات على اساس المصلحة و الوجود كمشتركات بينة بين الجميع..! و يمكن أن نخلص أن مكون السكان ( نوعيا أو كميا).. كعنصر من عناصر الدولة ، متوفر في غرب السودان

العنصر الثالث من مكونات الدولة ، هو عنصر الحكومة ، أو جهاز الإدارة في الدولة .. و هو عنصر لاحق في وجوده للعنصرين السابقين..و في يقيننا أن لا شعب يعجز في تكون هذا العنصر ، و انه من السهل أن يكون وفق اتفاق الجميع..ووفقا للمعطيات الحالية نرى أن غرب السودان يملك الكادر البشري النوعي الذي يمكن أن يكون نخبة و بالتالي يضطلع بدوره في القيادة الواعية الرشيدة..و هناك اسباب كثيرة تجعلنا نوقن بتحقق تلك النقطة.. فالمساهمات التي قدمها اهل غرب السودان في حكومات السودان المختلفة ، مشاركة البعض منهم في ادوار سياسية و ادارية و عسكرية لفترات طويلة ، كل تلك العناصر ساهمت في تحقيق التدريب الكافي..و بالتالي لا اظن أنه ستكون هناك صعوبة في تشكيل حكومة .. ولن تكون هناك صعوبة في وضع التصور السياسي و الإداري الذي يمكن أن يجتمع حوله سكان غرب السودان..! توفر هذه المكونات ، يجعل من فرصة تكوين دولة في غرب السودان مستقلة و ذات سيادة و صفة قانونية في الوسط الدولي ، فرصة كبيرة و اكثر من ذلك فرص نجاحها اكبر مما يتصوره الجميع في السودان عامة ، و في غرب السودان خاصة..! قد يتبادر الى ذهن البعض السؤال التالي: اذا كان غرب السودان فعلا يملك مكونات الدولة المستقلة..فماهي الأسباب التي تدعو اهله للمطالبة بالإستقلال أو تحقيق الإستقلال عنوة؟.. و من يسأل مثل هذا السؤال ، نسأله ايضا : و ماهي الأسباب المقعنة لبقاء غرب السودان جزءا من دولة السودان؟.. اليوم معظم اهل غرب السودان (رجالا و نساءا) يعتقدون جزما أن الظلم التأريخي الذي خلقته حكومات السودان المركزية (منذ الإستقلال في سنة 1956) قد اصبح حالة يعيها الجميع في غرب السودان ..ولا نود هنا أن نفصل انواع الظلم و اسبابها ، فهو قد غدت مساءل من الخطاب اليومي السائد ، ولا تحتاج الى تكرار..و لكننا سنضيف اسباب اخرى.. قد لا يفكر فيها البعض منهم اليوم و لكنها ستكون جزء من تفكير الغد القريب.. السناريو التالي مرتبط كثيرا بفرضية أن اهل جنوب السودان قد قرروا الإستقلال كنتيجة لإستفتاء 2011..فاذا ااستقل الجنوب و كون دولة منفصلة عن بقية السودان ، هل سيكون الوضع سلميا؟ هل لا تثور النزاعات المسحلة بين الفينة و الأخرى؟.. نعم ستثور مثل تلك المشاكل ، و لكن من سيخوض الحروب نيابة عن حكومة الخرطوم في الكيان المتبقي؟.. قد فعلها اهل غرب السودان في الحروب السابقة ، و منذ عام 1955.. حيث كانوا يخوضون الحروب نيابة عن حكومات الخرطوم ، بأي صفة كانت .. سواءا عن طريق المؤسسة العسكرية و القوات النظامية الأخرى ، أو عن طريق المؤسسات القتالية شبه الرسمية مثل المليشيات العديدة ..! و المستقبل يقول بأن اهل غرب السودان ينبغي عليهم أن لا يلعبوا هذا الدور مرة اخرى و يكرروا انتاج ازمتهم بصورة غبية.. هذا من ناحية..! من الناحية الأخرى.. في حالة غياب الجنوب ، فان الحكومات المركزية ستفرغ كل غبائنها في اهل غرب السودان .. صحيح في السابق كانت تلك الغبائن بصورة ضمنية و خفية، و لكنها في المستقبل ستكون بصورة علنية ..و بالتالي كل المآسي التي ذاقها اهل جنوب السودان سيتم تطبيقها في غرب السودان و بدم بارد للغاية..! و لكن ماذا سيحدث لو قرر الجنوب الإستقلال ، و قرر غرب السودان الإنفصال ايضا؟.. اذا حدثت هذه الواقعة ، فان الدولة المتبقية (ناقص الجنوب و ناقض الغرب).. ستكون ضعيفة للغاية ، و بالتالي فقدت قوة دفعها الذاتية من ناحية عسكرية ، و انها ستكون مضطرة لخوض حروب في اكثر من جبهة (جبهة جنوب السودان ، و جبهة غرب السودان)..في مقابل تلك الوضعية ، ستكون فرص الكيانات الوليدة اطيب و اكثر ايجابية ..فمن السهولة بمكان أن تخلق علاقات تعايش بين غرب السودان (كدولة وليدة) مع جنوب السودان (كدولة وليدة)..و بالتالي تأسيس قوة دفع و تأمين ذات منافع متبادلة بين الطرفين..فألأفضل للجنوب الآ يخوض حرب في جبهتين ( جبهة غرب السودان ، و جبهة السودان المتبقى..و نفس الأمر ينطبق على وضعية غرب السودان ، فألأفضل له الأ يخوض حرب في جبهة الجنوب ..و بالتالي سيسهل تشكيل تحالف لمواجهة خصم واحد

خطاب التثبيط: في سودان اليوم ، قد طرأت جراح في وجدان الجميع ، و قد يكون من لازال من اهل السودان يفكر بأن الأمور لم تتغير كثيرا.. فشعارات السودان الواحد الموحد.. قد فقدت بريقها تماما ، و ليس ذلك بفعل قوة خارجية غيبية ، و انما بفعل بعض البشر من أهل السودان ، و فكرة الإصلاح ما عادت مجدية و مقعنة ، لأن أليات الهدم و التدمير هي الأكثر فعالية و الأعلا صوتا في تشكيل الخطابات و طرحها كسلوك يومي..! من هذه الخطابات خطاب التثبيط الذي يسعى في اخرتجلياته و خلاصاته للإفادة بأن اقليم مثل غرب السودان لا يملك مكونات الدولة ، و بالتالي غير مؤهل لقيادة نفسه و خلق سيادته الخاصة..و مثل هذاالخطاب له دوافعه و اسبابه.. منها محاولة نشر ايدولوجيا الخوف و التخويف ..و ممارسة خصلة البقاء و الدفاع عن الذات المأزومة.. عقيدة الخوف و التخويف ، هي فعل ناجز في السودان ، و اول من يسعى لتأسيسه هو ما تسمى بالحكومات المركزية ، فهي تخشى كثيرا في حالة انهار السودان ، و لكي تتفادى تلك الوقائع فانها تسعى لخلق ايدولوجيا الخوف و هي ذات شقين: شق خاصة بنفسيات الحكومات المنهارة ..و شق يتوجه نحو الآخر في محاولة بائسة لقمعه..! حكومات السودان دوما ترفع عصاة الجهوية و العنصرية في نعت المخالف السياسي..و لكنها في ذات نفسها تؤسس للجهوية و العنصرية ، و ما المظالم التي يجأر بها اهل الأقاليم الإ واحدة من تجليات تلك الجهوية و العنصرية المؤسسة..! و افقار الشعوب المؤسس و المنساب بصورة منتظمة و دقيقة ، خاصة ما يخص شعوب غرب السودان ، ما هو الإ وجه من وجوه ايدولوجيا الخوف تلك.. بيد أن الأمر لم يتوقف الى حد الإفقار المؤسس ، و انما تعداه الى حدوث الإبادات البشرية و المصحوبة بأعتى ادوات القمع و المحو عن الوجود..فالإبادات في حق بعض شعوب غرب السودان لم تبدأ مع حروب دارفور الأخيرة ، و انما كانت مستمرة و لعشرات السنين منذ استقلال السودان.. و قد يعي الكثيرون من اهل غرب السودان ، اليوم قبل الغد ، بأن الفقر الذي ينتاب اقاليمهم لم يكن بفعل القدر أو الإرادة الخفية ، و انما من صنع البشر ، و بشر سوداني..و كذلك قد يعي أهل غرب السودان ، اليوم قبل الغد ، بأن الموت المجاني الذي انتاب و ينتاب وجودهم كبشر ، ليس هو من فعل القدر ولا الإرادة الخفية ، و انما هو من صنع البشر السوداني و بصورة مدروسة و مقصودة..فالحروب القبلية التي تثور في غرب السودان ، هي وجه من وجوه ايدولوجيا الخوف تلك ، و اقصى نتائجها التي تطمح الى تحقيقها تحطيم روح الكيان الواحد و استبداله بحالة فوضى تستفيد منها الحكومات في الخرطوم..! انضمت كردفان لسودان اليوم سنة 1898 ..و بعد بأقل من عشرين سنة (1916) انضمت دارفور..و نقول لأهل دعاة خطاب التثبيط.. قبل تلك التواريخ كانت كردفان و دارفور لها حكوماتها و كياناتها السياسية و الإدارية الخاصة.. فما الذي يمنع استلهام مثل ذلك التأريخ الثر و تكرار نفس التجربة؟.. لم تكن هناك وحدة جذرية و مشرفة في تأريخ السودان و منذ الإستقلال ، و انما كانت هناك وحدة فوقية لم تراعي كثير من المكونات و العناصر ، و يعي خطاب التثبيط و دعاته مثل تلك الحقائق ، و لكن من مبدأ غريزة الدفاع عن الوجود ، يتجاهلون مثل تلك الحقائق الموضوعية ، و يسعون الى تسفيه الآخر صراحة و ضمنيا..! مثل تلك الأيدولوجيا مصيرها الزوال ، و لن تبقى أو تصمد كثيرا ، فلو مارس البعض من اهل السودان تخويف الأخرين في السابق ، فان المستقبل القريب و البعيد..يقول بأن مثل تلك الأيدولوجيا لن تجدى و لن تفضى الى صلاح البتة..! ختاما نقول ، بقى المؤتمر الوطني في السلطة في السودان أو ذهب ،لابد أن يعيد اهل غرب السودان التفكير جيدا في شكل العلاقات المستقبلية مع السودان المركزي..و عليهم أن يعوا جيدا أن غرب السودان يملك مكونات الدولة و عليهم أن يسعوا لتحقيق ذلك ، فالبقاء في السودان بعد2011 لن يكون الإ تكرار للأزمات اياها ، و نعتقد أن اهل غرب السودان قد دفعوا الكثير الكثير من غير عائد ولا استحسان.. فماذا استمراء دور الضحية بلا مبرر واضح

Sun, sand, sex - why Dubai's strict code is a sham

The bosomy blonde in a tight, low-cut evening dress slid on to a barstool next to me and began the chat: Where are you from? How long are you here? Where are you staying?"

I asked her what she did for a living. "You know what I do," she replied. "I'm a whore."
As I looked around the designer bar on the second floor of the glitzy five-star hotel, it was obvious that every woman in the place was a prostitute. And the men were all potential punters, or at least window-shoppers.
While we talked, Jenny, from Minsk in Belarus, offered me "everything, what you like, all night" for the equivalent of about $1000.
I turned down the offer.
This was not Amsterdam's red-light district. This was in the city centre of Dubai, the Gulf emirate where Western women get a month in prison for a peck on the cheek; the Islamic city on Muhammad's peninsula where the muezzin's call rings out five times a day drawing believers to prayer; where public consumption of alcohol prompts immediate arrest; where adultery is an imprisonable offence; and where mall shoppers are advised against "overt displays of affection", such as kissing.
Ayman Najafi and Charlotte Adams, the couple recently banged up in Al Awir desert prison for a brief public kiss, must have been very unlucky indeed, because in reality Dubai is a heaving maelstrom of sexual activity. It is known by some residents as "Sodom-sur-Mer".
Beach life, cafe society, glamorous lifestyles, fast cars and deep tans are all things associated with "romance" in the fog-chilled minds of Europeans and North Americans.
And there is a fair amount of legitimate "romance" in Dubai. Western girls fall for handsome, flash Lebanese men; male visitors go for the dusky charms of women from virtually anywhere. Office and beach affairs are common. But most of the "romance" in Dubai is paid-for sex, accepted by expatriates as the norm, and to which a blind eye is turned - at the very least - by the authorities.
The bar where "Jenny" approached me was top-of-the-range, where expensively dressed and coiffured girls can demand top dollar from wealthy businessmen or tourists. Virtually every five-star hotel has a bar where "working girls" are tolerated, even encouraged, to help pull in men with cash to blow. But it goes downhill from there.

At sports and music bars, Filipinas vie with the Russians and women from the former Soviet republics for custom at lower prices. In the older parts of the city, Deira and Bur Dubai, Chinese women undercut them all in the lobbies of three-star hotels.
It is impossible to estimate accurately the prostitute population of Dubai. But what makes Dubai prostitution different is the level of acceptance it has by the clients and, apparently, the city's Islamic authorities. Although strictly illegal under United Arab Emirates' and Islamic law, it is virtually a national pastime.
I have seen a 15cm-high stack of application forms in the offices of a visa agent, each piece of paper representing a hopeful "tourist" from Russia, Armenia or Uzbekistan. The photographs are all of women in their 20s seeking one-month visas for a holiday in the emirate.
Maybe young Aida from Tashkent will find a few days' paid work as a maid or shop assistant while she's in Dubai. But most nights she will be selling herself in the bars and hotels and the immigration authorities know that. So must the visa agent, who gets his cut out of each £300 visa fee.
All UAE nationals are entitled to a number of residence visas, which they routinely use to hire imported domestics, drivers or gardeners. But they will sell the surplus to middlemen who trade them on to women who want to go full-time and permanent in the city. The higher the social and financial status of the Emirati, the more visas he has to "farm".
Thousands of women buy entitlement to full-time residence, and lucrative employment, in this way. Three years in Dubai - the normal duration of a residence visa - can be the difference between lifelong destitution and survival in Yerevan, Omsk or Bishkek.
It also ensures a convenient supply of sex for Emiratis. The other big category of punters is Europeans and Americans, and it is remarkable how quickly it all seems normal. A few drinks with the lads on a Thursday night, maybe a curry, some semi-intoxicated ribaldry, and then off to a bar where you know "that" kind of girl will be waiting. In the West, peer group morality might frown on such leisure activities, but in Dubai it's as normal as watching the late-night movie.
In the long, hot summer, wives and families escape the heat by going to Europe or the US, and the change that comes over the male expat population is astounding. Middle-aged men in responsible jobs - accountants, marketeers, bankers - who for 10 months of the year are devoted husbands, transform in July and August into priapic stallions. Tales are swapped over a few beers the next night, positions described, prices compared, nationalities ranked according to performance. It could be the Champions League we are discussing, not paid-for sex.

In my experience, many men will be unfaithful if they have the opportunity and an expectation that they will not be found out. For expats in Dubai, the summer months provide virtual laboratory conditions for infidelity.
There is the Indonesian maid who makes it apparent that she has no objection to extending her duties, for a price; the central Asian shop assistant who writes her mobile number on the back of your credit card receipt "in case you need anything else"; the Filipina manicurist at the hairdresser's who suggests you might also want a pedicure in the private room.
Sodom-sur-Mer is flourishing. But would-be snoggers beware - your decadent behaviour will not be tolerated.

It is a simple Islamic logic and principle ruling, which was the execuse for many to fight against..!!
