It tells, how the people are frustrated with global prosecution systems, when any smart lawyer would grant any criminal a dismissal or merciful punishment..!!
Therefore, violence and counter violence is on the rise.. unexceptionally everywhere..
No wonder; the more “Capital” punishment is denounced, the more hysterical violence we have..!!
It is a simple Islamic logic and principle ruling, which was the execuse for many to fight against..!!
Now you may tell; Who is Wrong..?
On parallel; People can no more stand for lengthy persecution processing.. Many cases, particularly in our 3rd world are seized by judiciary processing.. and legal games..
Slow justice equals no justice..!

Well, this is depends on what justice we are talking about? The one for the victims, or for their families, or for their community, or for their sovereign structure, or for the order of mankind?? Apparently, you can not serve all at once..!!

ReplyDeleteما هذ1 إلا دليل على سطوة العشائرية في التركيبة اللإجتماعية اللبنانية بغض النظر عن الطائفية ...تبعد كترمايا 25 كم إلى الجنوب من بيروت وهي مدخل لقرى قضاء الشوف..الداخل إليها يراها مدينة صغيرة أكثر منها قرية ونسبة لا بأس بها من أهلها من المتعلمين ..من الناحية الطائفية كترمايا باكثريتها سنية وأهلها على الفطرة طيبون...لكن ما حدث دليل قاطع على أن المجتمع اللبناني مجتمع عشائري أكثر منه مدني حتى ولو بدت بيروت العاصمة العربية الأكثر مدنية وانفتاحا...وردة الفعل هذه قد تحدث في القري المسحية أو الدرزية أو الشيعية...بغض النظر عن الطائفة
