(Knowledge and Data: These terms are the most controversial among the elite, and the most unknown to the commons.. Hikmah & Eilm in Arabic text, which are great confusion as: Most of who claim Hikmah as only has Eilm.. Most who holds Eilm are not necessarily wise..!)
Despite his opponents, his words are always sensible, wiser and calm.. True description of a knowledgeable person..
Since our soft nails, we both were neighbors, friends and mates for almost 20 years.. Almost half brothers..

Best childhood buddy.We wish many of our scholars will come out with such a moderate statements to change the dogmatic views about the religious state which has become irrelevant in the current climate and just a source of problems ,destructions and more bloodshed

ReplyDeleteI miss the days when we terrorized the other kids with our small rocket kites.. I miss working on a science project in our 14th.. I miss those times of innocence..
His concluding mind set is a resultant of lots of fierce fights, jails, run-away-s, self study, leading oppositions, exiles in Yemen, Sudan, and elsewhere.. He never ashamed to admit wrong ideas, never has a dual personalities.. Never stop kissing the hands of his mum, till date..
Although my ideology was different, yet we later met on grounds of simple human wisdom: We all are humans, equally deserve life, respect and dignity.. Allah' business is not collectively ours, as everyone reliable for his own.. He is too simple and humble that many would underestimate him..!! an Arabic/Islamic phenomenon..!

It is an impressive introduction you have presented of Osama Alquosi and his journey of discovery from extremism to islamic moderation .It takes a great heart and wisdom to filter the mind from the unreasonable components of the faith proce...ss and its practical application ,which is in line with your definition of knowledge and information or data.In this context I believe he has reached the level of understanding =knowledge ,wisdom and it can be defined as information with context and the potentiality of reasonable application .This is opposite to information or data which is a repository or collection of data deprived of context and not applicable as such ,carries no specific or relevant messages .In the hierarchy or pyramid of data>information >knowledge>wisdom the upward spiralling movement is what constitute scientific development ans societal positive shifts .
