Int'l Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People

November 29th is the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People

It is not what legalities or hysteria would justifying the cause..
It is the smiling wishful and innocent faces of tomorrow..
Inevitably, tomorrow is theirs, despite the burdens we had already loaded..
It is a typical human exaggerations and manifestations..
The mutual ill-reading of history, politics and religions..!!
Either would be casted with bloodshed or prosperous compromises..
I guess the coming generation will be more smart, transparent and wiser than ours..
They would choose peace; with the same magnitude we had chosen war..!

A Sociopolitical Autopsy

Amid the current euphoria; is there any survey, categorization of inventory on who are smashing the streets in Egypt, Syria and Yemen..?

How the public service are functioning..
How the supply chain goes uninterrupted..?
How the indispensible utilities are supplied..?
How Water, Sewage and Electricity stations function..?
How hospitals and City-Halls are open..?
How people have money to buy food and spend..?
I guess there are many questions that require comprehensive answers; so people would unshakably define their stand and aims forward..!

Some would read these questions as opposition to the current protests..
Certainly Not..!
Certainly; who walkout to protest; have righteous reasons..!

They are the products of forced and chaotic urban development.. They are the price for economic greed and bleed.. They are the formation of continuous semi-deliberate cultural destruction.. They are the silent majority who scandalize the barren elite.. They are the inevitable promise for tomorrow..

They are mostly unemployed, discontented and unprivileged..
Among them, Young Parents who fight the poverty constraints..
Youth who fight their own useless addictions and shameful pitfalls..
Students who seek endorsement for their smart logic and unbeaten sophistry..
Religious fanatic who want to lead the commons to their own convictions..
Some Enthusiastic; who search their identity by setting cyber fires..
Some Outspoken; who search for victorious and glorious memories..
Few Enlightened; who seek a role to feel achiever and proud..
And many Opportunistic; who are ready to cash-in anything and everything..

Those Opportunistic fuel the public confusion and anger.. Keep the streets boil and shake.. Maintain the chaos not to fade.. and have no Answers, but lots of negative comments, linguistic glimpse and sarcastic quotes..However, 90% are unable to define Democracy, Integrity or Quality..

This is a sociopolitical autopsy, without a Surgeon or a Coroner..!

Maria; the Sudanese Sympol of Love..

This Maria was a Greek girl, who the Sudanese poet Salah Ibrahim had met her in the Communist Youth Conference in 1956 at Athens. He was one of the Sudanese Communist Delegates, and she was for the Greek one.. He liked so much, and not to say loved her, as he was very young at that time. Then, he wrote this famous poem. It was a real story of love, mixed with Greek legends, made the description of Maria as the sympol of Love. It is one of the legends of modern Sudanese history or poetry..

EGYPT: Refugees hit by discrimination, violence amid heightened nationalism

CAIRO, 24 November 2011 (IRIN)
Refugees living in the Egyptian capital Cairo have faced more discrimination and less help from the authorities since a popular uprising overthrew former president Hosni Mubarak, according to community leaders.

Personal safety on Cairo's streets has worsened for Egyptians and foreigners alike since the protests in January and February, which have been re-ignited in recent days - but refugees have been particularly vulnerable.

"Generally, there's no security on the streets," said Klovirt Jalo, chairman of Nuba Mountains International Association, a community organization for the Nuba of Sudan in Cairo.

Although violent incidents have decreased in recent months, incidents of harassment and discrimination towards refugees have not returned to pre-January levels, said Omar, a Somali refugee, who preferred a pseudonym because of the nature of his work. As police crack down on what Egyptian protesters are now calling a second revolution, the situation for refugees could deteriorate.

Refugees who spoke to Agnes Czajka, a professor at the American University in Cairo, during research she conducted in the summer, said they feared violence and harassment would increase during the elections due on 28 November.

Jalo said the police had been less than willing to deal with incidents reported by refugees or undocumented migrants since January. He cited a recent hit-and-run case in which a Sudanese woman was killed. "The police did not believe us," he said, so no police report could be filed.

Before the January protests, Omar said, "if you paid a bribe, the police would help you. Now, they'll keep the bribe and do nothing."

I love you

I love you

like dipping bread into salt and eating

Like waking up at night with high fever

and drinking water, with the tap in my mouth

Like unwrapping the heavy box from the postman

with no clue what it is

fluttering, happy, doubtful

I love you

like flying over the sea in a plane for the first time

Like something moves inside me

when it gets dark softly in Istanbul

I love you

Like thanking God that we live.

Counting the Hours...!

Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi is Captured
How many hours are left for his breathes..?

Many need him silent and takes the secrets he knows to his grave..
It is not a choice, but a necessity for World Order..!

Like Father.. Like Son..
Both are bloody nuts..!

Many.. Many.. Beyond any expectations or analysis; share the desire and conspiracy to get rid of the last Gaddafi..
A family who had extended their wealth, imaginations and hands from Chili to Philippines..
A family cursed by ambition and disarray..

A family is labeled by death..!!

When Gaddafi:
Suddenly lost his proposed mentor; Nasser..
Lost it by the nasty Saddat’s media campaign..
Unprepared listened to all European Philosophers..
Became a freak toy for all Spy Agencies..
Aimlessly conspired with each Tom, Deck and Harry, across the universe..
His wealth became more than His plans to use..
The thousands of opponents vanished with no trace..
His barbaric soldiers raped every female in Misratah.. with no exception of age, state or status..
Forgot how his fellow Libyans don't get intimidated by Death..!!

Gaddafi is a great lesson to be learned..!

THE START..!!
Cutting the famous Finger..

A Sudanese Khedive..

An Egyptian presidential candidate, denounces existence of Sudan as independent state, requesting getting it back into Egyptian State, as backbone of his mandate..

It is hard to comment when dumbness and stupidity are outrages..!!

Inevitably, he represents some group of people..

My innocent question: if so; would he and his supporters accept a Sudanese as a head for the re-born Egyptian Empire..?
Or the Khedive should be of a lighter skin..?

Buhay Dubai..

Filipinos have coined a phrase for unmarried partners living together: Buhay Dubai (Tagalog for "Dubai Life").

Double lives in Dubai: Meantime partners
Dubai's unique job market turns the city into a fertile ground for infidelity
By Jay B. Hilotin, Chief Reporter, XPRESS
Published: 00:00 November 17, 2011

Unmarried couples living together in the UAE could face jail. But with no prying eyes to watch them over, many expatriates take delight in the anonymity which the UAE's gleaming skyscraper-studded landscape offers.
UAE sociologist Dr Rima Sabban said the "problematic" situation is one of the peculiarities of the Emirates - or any other country - where thousands of married expatriate workers are forced to live as bachelors.

"A lot of such extramarital relationships are happening underground. When you have a huge number of expatriate workers whose circumstances limit or deny them the possibility of a family reunion, you face a reality where a large number of married women and men are put together in a status of bachelors," said Dr Sabban, who has done field work on the UAE expatriate workforce for a United Nations study.
"It is the way the job marketplace is organised … If you look at the workplace statistics here, you see a huge number of low-paid workers whose status says they are married, but in reality they are as good as not, because they live alone and their families are left back home."

The numbers seem to confirm this trend: Nearly one in five men [19 per cent] in the UAE has been unfaithful to his partner while six per cent of the women owned up to infidelity, a 2010 YouGov Siraj survey showed.
Sex out of wedlock has been blamed for the alarming rise in baby-dumping cases. According to police reports, 154 newborns were abandoned in the UAE between 2004 and 2009. Six have been reported in 2011 so far (see below).
Because of expensive housing, many unrelated people are forced to share rooms or villas. In some cases such arrangements foster ‘meantime relationships'.

The Main Pitfalls of Egyptian Intellegencia (1)

The intellegencia or the intelligentsia (from Russian интеллигенция, Russian pronunciation; from Latin: intelligentia) is a social class of people engaged in complex, mental and creative labor directed to the development and dissemination of culture, encompassing intellectuals and social groups close to them (e.g., artists and school teachers). Initially the term was applied mostly in the context of Russia and later the Soviet Union, and had a narrower meaning based on a self-definition of a certain category of intellectuals. Wikipedia

1. Secular Salvation from Religious Distress:
Following the Ottoman colonial (or Caliphate) dark ages; Arabs aimed to catch the worldly renaissance by intensive European academic studentships. The returnee degree-holders had confronted the well-established religious institutions; which traditionally run Judiciary, Academia and Arbitrations. Seeds of Western secular culture had inevitably grown by their frustration and distress. Later, their civic strives had driven the 20th century’s slow modernization of Arabic governments. On parallel, they empowered their proposition by the separation procedural or practical weakening of cords between state and religion. Such undeclared separation would not be an issue elsewhere, but on the contrary had led the uncertainties among these severely underdeveloped Muslim communities. Religion had always dominated both cultural characteristics and identities of Arabs. Therefore, and till date, Arab States are critically ruled by the contradictions between intellectuals and customs, between bureaucracy and rituals, and between the personal pragmatism and the social reflections..!

The bitter and long lasting traumas are still alive among all literate Arabic groups; with the ready to use banner to condemn the religious opponents for all pitfalls and unrests. Nevertheless, similarly the otherwise performs. Therefore, most civic and political debates are notoriously illogic, unpractical and imbalanced. This was the gateway for military and foreign interventions in Arabian chronicles.

Egypt had been described among the others; as the most complex and diverse Arabic fabrics; therefore, addressing its development would shade lots of lights on the socio-education issues.

On counting the influence of religious institution in Egypt, more than the third of school pupils and one tenth of university students are incubated by AlAzhar. The planning and financial decays; which had swiped the educational system, had left deep cracks in identity formation and professional preparedness. Certainly, such deteriorations had critical balance due to the limited self-resources of religious pupils (mostly from rural or poor families); compared to the reasonable funds available for their counter parties (mostly from urban and better-off families). Annually, the 750,000 pupils and students AlAzhar enjoy $10 billion versus the 2.2 million pupils and students of public education’s $8 billion (or 4.4% of Egypt $188 billion GDP). In addition to the non-auditable poverty layouts, the urban secular environment allows modern communication and exposure among children and youth many times more than the religious ones. Notably, great portion of AlAzhar budget is allocated for social loans and subsidizes to its affiliates. In a way, the current education structures reflect the socioeconomic patterns of Egyptian society. Despite how it had preserved the orthodox cultural framework; it had deepened the gaps among social groups.

The Egyptian Intellegencia had been swinging between both cultural themes (Secular and Religious), with little opportunity for conciliation and integration. Yes, the Islamic religious verdict against secularism is clear and unarguable, despite the many efforts to find new wording to satisfy the global trends. In fact; it is a serious epistemic conflict; which has no resolution, not only in Egypt; but across all Muslim communities. It is well known that religious concepts often need updated interpretations to satisfy intellectual evolutions and adopt emerged philosophies. When traditional Imams (Muslim Priests) are short to adequately comment and arbitrate the living events and chronicles, many enthusiastic, yet untrained and unauthorized religious individuals would seize the opportunity to lead the common majority. Public advocacy is always magical and appealing for the outspoken. Most of them are not well versed on the religious aggregates, but have fewer advantages over the others by memorizing Quran verses and Hadeeth teachings. Those had added chaotic situation by creating parallel religious informalities and debates. The relatively-flat religious knowledge had shaken the foundations of the Arabic epistemic landscape. Therefore, as how Arabic Intellegencia created its salvation, it also got confused by the opportunities around..!

The Muslim patriarchy had allowed very narrow opportunity for none-affiliates to participate in the debate to modernize the religious epistemia. This indirectly had created the radical Islamists; who had shocked the Egyptian life style since 1970th. In the absence of agreed referrals, the role of Political-Islamists had added more confusion to both secular and moderate activists, endorsing an end for the attempts to merge religious and secular frameworks. The recent conclusion tells how the Egyptian Intellegencia became unable to provide solutions, as they were already stuck in deforming the complex cause-roots. They were greatly the accused and the victims as well..!

Britain's Child Beggars

Muslim-alike dressed Gypsy in Edgware Road of London..
An ugly Gypsy Insulting Gesture to the Cameraman..!!
Very much NOT Islamic..!!!

I wonder; why none of the hundreds Muslim NGOs had campaigned to reveal the fact that none of the 500,000 Roma in UK; is Muslim..??

Despite wearing modest clothing and headscarves and targeting the mosque and areas popular with tourists from the Gulf states, none were Muslim.
Gypsies - also known as Roma - are Europe's largest ethnic minority, and the poorest. Racism against them in Romania and across Europe is rife.
Christine Beddoe, UK director of ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking), said forcing them to work the streets of London is denying them their childhood.
"It means that they are denied an education, they'll have nutrition issues, health issues," she said. "They'll also grow up believing that this is the only way, or the normal way, of earning a living."

The Spousal Meter..

Life is never smooth, simple or easy as how it was few decades ago.. Our complex urban and intelligent evolutions had brought lots of chaotic realities.. Mostly, we live the denial, not because we are embarrassed to admit the deteriorations in our spousal life, but because we can’t define it; within our busy complicated schedules.. Most of divorce cases are sudden blow-ups.. This facts are shared worldwide, beyond the boundaries of skin, tongue or religion.. I’m not personally immune, nor free from such chaos..!

The below table is my summarized experience about spousal life.. It would help to tell how much happy you are.. Where are the potential spousal risks; which would grow or evolve.. What truly drives you closer or apart from your Spouse..

I believe in the simple things that would often be ignored when everything is fine, yet they are the devils that would turn anything into discomfort and ugliness..

It will help you to understand your Spouse, as well as to understand how life evolves between the two of you..

certainly it has nothing to do with your childern or family, as it is strictly yours..!
Once you define the problem; you may innovate the creative solutions..!

Maybe it is an individual exercise, rather than a plural one.. Yet, it made sense to me..!

Tokyo Tackles Trash..

Waste Management is the most seriously growing and unresolved problem worldwide. Despite the strong concerns and allocated researches; efforts are unlikely successful in plural terms. Environmental sustainability inevitably dictates universal solutions for the global hazard. Unless collective and integrated actions are carried out; independent success stories may don’t worth to mention..!

One of the very basic hurdles is the disturbing absence of correct and precise data on generation, management and disposal of waste. Some countries are urbanely sophisticated, with comprehensive data and transparency for researches and creative ideas. Others who are mostly urbanely challenged have no data and obstacle any sincere attempts to define the problem. However, the recent agreed strategy is not the ways of disposal, but the ideas to minimize. This is very much related to culture, behavior and righteous bureaucracy.

Certainly, within the chaos among underdeveloped nations, western contractors would come with eloquent proposals, which address the features not the core. Blame would only charge public servants, mass media and (so-called) intelligentsia, who had timely failed to surface the correct issues and closed both eyes from their own inability and pitfalls..!

The below tables indicate annually per capita; 780kg and 400kg for both USA & Japan, compared to 230kg and 438kg for both Egypt & UAE..
Personally I know how Dubai’s 555kg plan had failed to re-set the generation of 1,028kg, while in Egypt accuracy and comprehension of data are widely questioned..!!

The Islamic Code: a Man, a Bit and a Dog

Once upon a time in Qurish (The dwellings of old Makkah), Omar bin Obeid-Allah bin Muammar (a wealthy Muslim merchant) had walked by a black man seating and eating at the shade of a wall. The man had a dog in his hands. Whenever he eats a bit; he threw another to the dog.

Omar asked him: Is this dog yours?
He replied: No.
Then, Omar asked again: why you feed him, such as what you eat?
He replied: I am ashamed from who has eyes with a look at my flipped food without him.
Omar asked again: Are you a Free-Man or a Slave?
He replied: A slave of Asim’s, a known family in Qurish.

Omar went to their club and bought both the Slave and dwelling of the wall, and then came back to black man accompanied with his old Master to close the deal.
Once done; Omar said: O’ Brother, I set you free for the sake of Allah swt..
He replied: Praise is to Allah swt alone, and then to who emancipated me..
Omar said: Also, this is the dwelling is also yours..
He replied: Be witness that it is endowed on the City's poor people..
Omar astonishingly asked: Why to do this while you are in need?
He said: I am ashamed that Allah swt grants me goodness I do not share it with others.

This is how early Muslims understood, implement and spread Islam..!

Nation of Islam..

He puts brother against brother. Just like the white man did in the Congo. He put brother against brother. Just like he did in Nigeria. He put brother against brother. Just like he did in Ghana. He put brother against brother. Just like he did in Vietnam. He put brother against brother. Just like he did in Korea. He put brother agai...nst brother. Just like he did in Cuba. He put brother against brother. Just like he did in Chile, in Peru, in Columbia, in Nicaragua. He put brother against brother.

He plants the seed of evil and then withdraws his slimy hand. Puts it behind his back as though he didn't do nothing and then he puts it in his paper, 'Look at how they're fighting each other. Look at how they're killing each other. They're not ready for independence. They're not ready for freedom.'

Are you wise to the trick brothers and sisters?

Louis Farrakhan

Despite how sometimes he spell swords of wisdom, he unlawfully, he often speak in the name of a "strange" Islam; which amazingly collect fans, believers and supporters (with their moneys) around.. Other Muslims are (mysteriously) incapable to confront, debate or correct the serious illusions embraced by members of “Nation of Islam”.. What a waste of strong determined 50,0000 ones..!!

The Kadyrov System

Ramzan Kadyrov carries a cup that supposedly was used by Muhammad past a welcoming committee at the Grozny airport. The cup made an international tour. Photo from the Chechen president's official website.

Kadyrov, deliberately, notoriously  and viciously downgrading Islam and Muslims, yet none of the outspoken courts moves a lip..!!
The mix of Russian constitution, despotism, and sharia makes it virtually impossible to understand the rules of the game in Chechnya. From Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso.

Chechnya recently welcomed an object presented to the world as the cup of the Prophet Muhammad. Despite the lack of supporting evidence, the event was accompanied by an unprecedented wave of pathos. After flying from London, the “prophet's cup” was met at the airport by none other than President Ramzan Kadyrov and then paraded all through the city to the central mosque, named after Kadyrov’s father. The elegant Rolls Royce carrying the president and the cup was accompanied all the way by cheering masses, with the president himself ostensibly moved by the sight of the object that may have been touched by the lips of the man that Muslims regard as Allah’s definitive prophet. Unable to remain indifferent to their almighty leader's emotional outburst, all officials in front of the cameras followed Kadyrov’s example of weeping.

The following day, after Kadyrov and his acolytes had a chance to drink from the cup, it was displayed in the mosque; then, Chechnya went back to its usual life. That includes, for example, preparing for the capital's day, by miracle coinciding with the president's 35th birthday. The government, just recovered from the mystical rapture caused by the “prophet's cup,” invited an array of music and film stars, including violinist Vanessa Mae, two-time Oscar-winning actress Hilary Swank, and action-film star Jean-Claude Van Damme, while singer Shakira's absence spared the country her well-known repertoire of unorthodox dance moves and a half-million-dollar performance fee. The core question for the population, long used to the government's generosity to stars of Shakira's and lesser standing, was – what is she going to wear, and is she going to perform her trademark sexy moves? In Chechnya, where 100 percent of the population is Muslim and the president insists on appearing as a deeply religious person to the point of declaring the sharia above the laws of the Russian Federation, local female singers have been able to perform only if completely covered in their clothes and scarves for years. And the president, though always generous with luxury flats and cars, insists that local celebrities conform – at least in appearance – to the rules of the sharia and ancient national traditions.

METAMORPHOSIS
This has not been the president's only metamorphosis, though. Only a few years ago, women dressing according to Islamic rules used to be harassed, accused of being extremists close to terrorist groups, discriminated against in the workplace and at the university, and overall seen as suspicious. Less than two years later, the opposite is true. On TV and in newspapers, all those who used to criticize veiled women urge female Chechens to dress in conformity with religious precepts. Now, non-veiled women are not allowed into public offices and universities – even 6-year-olds going to school for the first time must wear a headscarf.

At the same time, the government repeats that Chechnya is part of the Russian Federation and complies with its laws, although Russia remains a secular country where the sharia is not in effect. How can a federal territory be ruled not by a uniform law, but by a complex system of Islam, Russian law, and medieval traditions that openly contradict even the sharia, let alone the federal constitution? The answer to this question can be found only if one understands the “Kadyrov system.”

TROUBLES OF A YOUNG PRESIDENT
The 35-year-old president rose to power too soon and has been the Kremlin's favorite for too long. He knows, however, that his hold over the country may appear absolute, but the boundaries between licit and illicit are set by a power much farther north – the Kremlin. The “old-new president” Vladimir Putin provides extensive, but not unlimited, trust and support. Therefore, the “Kadyrov system” has two parts working inside and outside the Chechen borders. Kadyrov knows very well that, after centuries of war against Russia in the very name of Islam, he could never maintain internal support without appearing as a true Muslim guarding God's law and national traditions. He knows equally well that the Kremlin gives him carte blanche in Chechnya only because – and as long as – he guarantees at all costs the rebel region's submission to the central power. This is why the young president must do everything to keep both his people and the Kremlin happy.

Over the years, Chechnya has welcomed many Russian and international stars, including the remains of the Boney M. disco group (recovered from the dust long after their celebrity years during Kadyrov's childhood), Mike Tyson, Maradona, and Lara Fabian. Like any young king who had not enough time to play, the president desperately seeks after his lost youth. This may be why most of the “stars” he invites are dated, often forgotten characters – they are the only ones he could remember. Other, more contemporary ones he may not even know – he never had the chance.

US drone raids kill over 120 in 2 days..

My Questions:
How many were innocent harmless helpless..?
What is the definition of a civilian among the reporters..?
Why there is no mention for the support by on-ground intelligence to avoid wasting the expensive missiles..?
Why no mention on the deteriorated militant operations..?

Despite the human rights and collateral damages and accidental losses; many of the insane guys; who had meant harm to others; are no longer among us..!
History tells that lawful attempts to eliminate unlawfulness was unlikely successful..
Civilizations were not built by negotiations, but by mightiness to enforce the righteousness.. Yes, it is a danger theme, but it seems had gone deep within the genes..!!
The bad guys don't believe in the civilized approach; which costs a lot..!

At least 127 people have been killed in separate US assassination drone strikes in Somalia and Pakistan's northwestern tribal region bordering Afghanistan over the past two days.
On Thursday, 41 people were killed and 33 others were injured when the US military launched a assassination drone attack on the outskirts of Hoomboy town, which is situated in Somalia's southern region of the Middle Juba.
The aerial attack followed a US assassination strike against Jamame town in Somalia's southern Jubbada Hoose region. At least 28 people were killed and dozens more were wounded.
Meanwhile, at least three people were killed in a non-UN-sanctioned US assassination drone attack on Pakistan's northwestern region of North Waziristan on Thursday.
The attack took place in Darpa Khel village, which is located about four kilometers (two miles) west of Miranshah, the main town in the district of North Waziristan.
Local security officials said a drone fired two missiles on a compound in the attack.
On Wednesday, the US remote-controlled assassination drones launched aerial attacks on Qeydar and Marodile villages, which are situated between Guriceel and Balanbale districts in Somalia's central region of Galguduud.
Somali tribal elders said that at least 38 people were killed and more than 74 people were also injured in the strikes.
Earlier in the day, 20 people were killed and 60 others were injured after a US assassination drone launched a strike on the outskirts of Kismayo, a strategically important port city on Somalia's Indian Ocean coast located some 500 kilometers (310 miles) south of the Somali capital Mogadishu.
The US says its remote-controlled unmanned assassination drones target militants. However, reports have shown that most of those killed in such aerial attacks are civilians.

Sino-Japanese Hard-Talk..

While the power is shifting away, my outspoken (A/Conditioned & Internet-Wired) folks still debating on how to remove AlBasheer and his "Inqaz" regime..!
While my poor helpless People out there; are short of breathe to revolt, almost short of dreams to live.. and certainly short of resources to decisively act..
If I'd have the authority, shall shut down all mass media instruments..Shall only allow the naive protests and the unplanned armed coups.. as always Sudan used to..!!

Should the people stop listening or thinking.. and helplessly fight for the life..?

From an expat at A/C study-room..!!!!!!!!!!

Japan approved a plan Nov. 1 to dispatch 200 Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces engineers to South Sudan in January, with an additional 300 to be sent later. Part of a five-year U.N. nation-building mission, the engineers will help build roads and bridges in and around the newly independent country’s capital, Juba.

The deployment represents a continuation of Japan’s efforts to expand the overseas missions of the Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF), currently experiencing increased domestic support, beyond disaster relief, anti-piracy and humanitarian initiatives. The move into South Sudan may also signal a renewed effort to gradually reintroduce JSDF operations into strategic foreign policy initiatives — in this case, energy security. If it manages to secure a stronger foothold in South Sudan, Japan will be better positioned to deal with Chinese influence in the tumultuous Sudanese-South Sudanese oil industry framework.
