The Syrian Syndrome…

It is too classical that frustrated commons would revolt and breakdown the state unless proactive temporary solutions are provided by the rulers.. It is classical that political uprisings are mostly emotional, accompanied with various atrocities and would fade in short time.. It is now controversial that the herd attributes are driven by spontaneous leadership rather than intellectual one.. NGOs, NPOs, PIGs, etc., are the stage players and managers..!

Not only technology, sociopolitical enterprising and media industry are the sculptors of public culture; but also the fine arts of public administration, government and globalization are the collaborators for the Game of the Thrones.. The concurrent structures and mandates of ruling powers are resultant of two millennia’s of statehood and public management; which master the balance between complacent and furious commons..!

Maybe; the most significant features of the third millennia describe how the worldwide public orders share the same principles, dynamics and psychology.. The today’s unwritten charters of public office and public service deliberately draws sufficient opportunities for the staff to enterprise their authority and outreach.. Therefore, today’s corruption is unlikely controlled, despite the noisy enforcement of law and order..!

The destruction magnitude of WWII was resultant of formal war among States; which in deliberation or random is far less than the current Syrian one; which is among local rebellious powers.. The latest national destruction was observed in 1970th Vietnam, 1980th Afghanistan, 1990th Yugoslavia and 2000th Somalia.. Then, 2010th Syrian destruction had obtained the top tier; which no other country would compete for long..!

Among the widely illiterate and shallow civic Libyan fictions, were parameters to honor, yet among the long dated Syrian state, the magnitude of barbarism is unexplainable.. Tracking the triggers within the ordinary Syrian people, few controversial characteristics that may explain the tendency to destroy their own country.. It is not the supressive regime nor the enthusiastic opposition that set the rules of engagement, but the barbaric intellectualism..!

History tells how civilization are not only physical achievements but also soft intellectualism.. Urbanity evolves from the soft borders among contradictory interests and demands; which allow for non-armed confrontations.. Riotous, Hooligans, Arsonists and Anarchists are surveyed to be mostly poor, illiterate and unemployed juveniles; who are recruited by syndicates to shake the powerful states.. Lobbies for planning, funds and logistics are too complex for any autopsy..!

On the demise, many young intellectuals would fall prey for the political complexities, who turn to be the advocates for the mixed orientations and views.. New fictions are mostly in formation states, whereas they in turn fall prey for regional or international complexities.. Both young intellectuals and new fictions are lost in the critical interpretations of their national and epistemic foundations to meet or interact with intellectual challenges and changes..!

At the Syrian chronicles, I continue wondering of the payrolls of emergency services, the telecom and internet connectivity, the electricity supplies and the currency in exchange.. How such sovereign necessities and logistics are available, and by who..? Do the formal public services complicit in feeding the controversy to last and continue..? Certainly, there will be no answers.. No one dares to answer; assuming that somebody knows..!

No wonder the Danish Lawmakers vote to seize the jewelries of Syrian refugee to fund the aid service.. No wonder the German pointed to the number of i-phones the refugees hold.. No wonder the migration routes are detected by smart phones.. No wonder the sophistication of the recent Syrian migration exceeds by far the decades long African one.. Nevertheless; quality of posters, banners and videos used by the helpless citizens at the named suffering cities..!

Across the Middle East and Arabic speakers, there is a growing tendency to repeat the Syrian chronicles.. There is irresistible psychology of self-destruction and civic bleeding; as a hidden worshiping of extreme bravery and sacrifice.. The national violence that obtained the independence from colonial powers was not sufficient to create unified national urbanity, yet produced intellectuals with schizophrenic personas..!

This cultural phenomenon can be traced back to the tenth century, when Fatimid, Ayyubid and Mamluk dynasties had ruled the entire region of Egypt, Palestine, Syria, Hijaz, northern Sudan and Libyan Burqa for more than seven centuries.. At the heart of this political unification, many sociocultural features are characterized.. The common folkloric symptoms are similar, as well as the public hierarchies and operations, despite any vocal intellectual denial..!

Across this region; the Fatimid were Shiite, the Ayyubid were Sunni, and the Mamluk were Sufi.. The Syrian Gypsies had penetrated the common cultures, unifying patterns, linguistics and fashions as well.. Syrian Traders were known everywhere, as well as Egyptian industrialists and Nubian worriers.. Later, the 1800th century's Hanafi Ottoman, Turk and Balkan Statesmen and Centurions had hold firm their distinct social status till date; despite any vocal denial or skeptics..!

The seeds of anarchy and violence among the commons, are ignited by socioeconomic, religious and political volatility.. Syrians are after the few buildings still standing, Egyptians are torn between state and MB/ISIS coalition, Libyans can’t conceal, Sudanese scattered among grades, grids and greeds, Palestinians debate Israeli IDs, and Hijazis look for the 2030 road-map.. Therefore, this geographic jurisdiction is subject to either factual or potential Syrian Syndrome..!

Does it make any Sense..?

“We went to high school together—25 years ago.”
“And we reunited as friends...who share blankets in parks. But only blankets in parks. We only go out in public settings. It’s not a fetish. We’re just friends, so we try to keep it in public. It’s safer here.”
Boston, Massachusetts, by Portraits of America

I think we had gone so far in challenging our nature and the simple structure of our emotional and intellectual set up... Therefore, we almost find crazy view every minute, hour and day..
What would be next..?

2016 Making Money

This is how to make money by trading stocks..

The eating etiquette varies among nations; which reflects both strength and exchange of cultures.. The backbone of Human Legacy is how people inevitably learn from each other.. Therefore, while the oldest "Spoons" were found among the ancient Egyptian artifacts, the current Egyptian people are widely known for eating by hand...!

History tells that Muslims at the peak of their civilization at 1100th, had used spoons for the soup; which was probably invented at their cold territories of Mesopotamia, Anatolia and Iberia.. This was an evolution use of the long known "Meat-Stocks"
The English royal utensil at 1500th had included only Forks and Knifes
Knifes were used among all nations, as an essential cutlery tool
Forks were historically known among Chinese, Europeans and Americans.

Generally, all Oriental and Southern cultures of South and Southeastern Asian, Middle Eastern, Arabs and Africans use their bear and thoroughly washed hands for eating.. Indians and the Arabs are the most famous ones, due to their proudly and traditionally cuisines and eateries..

However, Indians were different for the separate plate for each; while Arabs and Africans are known by the common plate.. Many of the "Oral-Infectious Diseases" are limited in India, due to their separate eating and water-drinking habits..
On the contrary, Arabs and African are known for these diseases..
Both follow their same etiquette till date..!

Eating by hand is not a praised etiquette, despite the many Hindu, Muslim and Buddhist who use and adhere to.. Certainly, poverty is not a question, as the cheap utensils are available everywhere.. It is more or less a "Cultural Comfort" fed by a "Cultural Protest".. Surveying where eating by hand currently exists, almost segregates national cultures between colonial and colonized..!

Despite the benefits of eating by hand, as promoted by Indians and Muslims, there is no true practical or theoretical support for the same.. On the contrary, the scenes would trigger disgusting and nuisance feelings instead.. Some natives would turn the eatery into a grace fest..!

Again, gender segregation during this grace-fest; separate between Indians and Others.. Despite the shared profile, Indians are more "handsomely-looking".. Therefore, males and females may fest together..!

Despite washing; no one dares to smell his own fingers; following such habit..!
Which is costly, producing soaps or distributing forks..!

A civilization Quest..

I personally maintain the early Muslim habit: Spoon is only for Soup.. Fork for all others; yet had been taught the Western way to hold the fork by lift hand.. As a Muslim, I strive not to do so..!!

The Ghana of Rawlings...

He had wanted the six million Ghanaians to come to acceptable and honorable livelihood.. Jerry Rawlings was a typical literate of underdeveloped countries, who inevitably aligned to terms of socialism and communism.. Yet as a poor politically educated, he had spontaneously drawn the demise between all worlds and schools of politics.. Therefore, he had become the Peoples' Man across all Africa..

Rawlings had sailed with his country from the sever corruption of late 1970th into steadiness and growth of 1980th.. He had responded to the global political climate of 1990th, and stepped from office at dawn of 2000th.. Today's Ghana is diverse politically, economically and yet, stable..

Despite the long term in office, he had managed to create and deliver a uniquely stable country with diverse sociopolitical and challenging economic structures.. I guess he should be widely studied as a symbol of a third world leader, who never been apart from his natives..

Do his Scottish blood had an influence..?
A good question...............!!

Halaib: Does it really mutter..?!!

For me, both Egypt and Sudan were products of late legal and political plots.. Maybe it is the entire colonized nations had gone through the same.. People and cultures were divide across virtual lines of sovereignty.. Drawn by politicians who had not only the powers to impose it, but also the far sighted strategies to serve their own interests and countries..

What is pity is the current politicians; or claimed intellectual, who are ignite the fierce media battles on the said mineral and gold rich tingle; while more sovereign issues are forgotten..

The inhabitants has no interest to where their formal IDs will belong.. They simply do not care for such legal or political issues.. They care for sustaining their own living.. Simply for them; what would matters if they lost belonging her or there..?

If Egypt fights for it, why not doing the same for taken territories at today's Palestine and Libya.. If Sudan fights for it, why give up Southern Sudan and Darfur

Simply; both are doomed by the S***t intellectuals and statesmen..!!

In a virtual world, I'd recommend shutting down schools and sending both nations to military camps.. To learn true patriotism and teamwork rather than chants and protests

The world is no more awaiting for you..

The below documentary is maybe the most simple, unbiased and integral brief on the matter; which is a political and media circus for who would pay for it...!

More for who wants to know..

The brothers who are forcibly turning enemies..
A stigma on the claimed intellectuals in both Sudan and Egypt..

Who Gives More To The Developing World: Aid Donors Or Migrant Workers?

Remittances are a worldwide business. Above, an agent in Hong Kong specializes in transferring cash to the Philippines.

Developing countries got $131 billion in official aid in 2015.
And they got $431.6 billion in remittances — money sent home by migrants who are working abroad.
That's the astounding number in the World Bank's new Migration and Development Brief. The total has been going up yearly and is expected to keep rising, the report predicts, but the rate of growth has slowed a bit because of the drop in oil prices, which affects money earned by migrants in oil-producing countries.

So are all those remittances a good thing? Do they do economic harm to the country where the migrants are earning the money in the first place? NPR's Ari Shapiro posed these and other questions to Dilip Ratha, lead author of the brief and head of the Global Knowledge Partnership on Migration and Development.
The way the money is spent in developing countries is a tremendous boon, Ratha says. A lot of it goes to meeting basic needs, like food, but it also is invested in "child education and health, maternal health, older people's health" — and in local businesses.
For the family members, the money "is like a lifeline," Ratha says. It can help break the "cycle of poverty" — and provide invaluable assistance after a disaster, like last year's earthquake in Nepal. And when a family member is about to marry, or there is a death and a funeral to pay for, remittances are a way for migrants to help out and stay connected.
Some politicians (and regular citizens) complain about the outflow of money from the country where the migrants are working. Ratha points out that the migrants work hard at jobs that can be "dirty and dangerous" and that they use most of their earnings for consumption and taxes, sending on average only 10 to 15 percent of their earnings home. So these workers are making a much larger contribution to the economy of their new home than to the family members they left behind.
Still, a lot of money takes a trip abroad. In the U.S., for example, migrants send out over $56 billion a year. So some public figures in the U.S. have said they'd like to stop migrants from sending remittances. Ratha says there's no legal grounds to do so: "It's a perfectly legitimate thing to do."
In terms of a country's cash flow, remittances are akin to an American who buys "an imported car or shirt," he says. That money isn't staying in the U.S. either. Twenty years ago, Ratha adds, people complained about the way imports took dollars outside the country. Now they complain about remittances, but he predicts that "in five years, people will stop complaining."
Ratha's native India leads the world in remittances received — $69 billion in 2015. He knows from his own experience what a difference the money can make. After leaving India, he sent back remittances, helping his brother complete a Ph.D. and financing his sister's Ph.D.-in-progress.
And even though remittances dwarf foreign aid, the money has very different aims. Remittances go for personal needs, Ratha says, not for paving roads, building hospitals or supplying malaria vaccines.

UofK... of the Planet Sudan..!

Urban growth would inevitably change the urban history that citizens had used to know.. This is how cities evolve and grow.. Yet, in my "Planet Sudan", it is another element in the corrupt cycle of milking the poor country.. It should not be the matter of buildings or monuments, but the value added by regenerating them as per the constraints and opportunities of true and sustainable urbanity..
Certainly, a lab lab laa talk....!!

Sudan is a planet by itself.. similar to Planet Japan.. Therefore, I shall start calling it: Planet Sudan..!!

Ironically, some graduates of UoK had orchestrated this land deal..!!
They had already, and successfully; reshaped the Planet Sudan..!!
We have long stormy and fogy way to go..!

If UofK failed to produce graduates who intelligently understands how to preserve history (or a nation); then the land-deal is further legitimate, and no one would factually hear your cries..!

Lots of happenings in the Planet Sudan are emotional and extreme reflections of narrow views about the world.. We had been living in "national illusions" for so long.. Unless people awake to realities; awful political circumstances would shock them beyond expectations..

The typical cycles of rebellious intellectuals had seized the urban history of Planet Sudan since 1938.. Those who were unreasonably and irrationally fascinated by the Westminster, the Communism, the Black history, the Arabism and lately the Islamism had disintegrated the Nomadic nation, diluted the socioeconomic foundations and discolored the folklore; producing the current silly immature characteristics who would implicitly repeat the unprecedented Syrian imputation and destruction.. We covertly adore uniqueness..!

During the last few decades, all sovereign achievements were amazingly drained by the same graduates; which had made the world wondering of who these people are..!

Therefore, AlBashir had challenged the ICC; while many natives hide their shared enthusiasm and pride to stand against the world..!!

No one truly cares for the marginals; who the world does not care anymore.. It became a lost confusing case for the NGOs as well..!

Some believes that the buildings of UofK worth preservation.. No one of them had spared 30 minutes to read about Charters of World Heritage.. Few jump on the social media to protest or cry loud..

This is the typical Sudanese Intelligentsia..
Intelligent Narrow-ship.. Believe it of not..!

I shall not respond to any nonsense..
I do not believe in your "October" Uprising or Democracy..!

Only forgot to label them: "Alumni UofK"

Initiating a sail within the roots of blasphemy at the European mind-set

Fun fact: According to Greek legend there was a famous prostitute who managed to avoid a death sentence by showing the judges her boobs and arguing that it would be a crime against the Gods to destroy something so beautiful.

Before you ask, yes there are paintings of this. And yes, they’re amazing.

The courtesan named was named Phryne and she was indeed a renowned beauty, and was indeed was put on trial for a capital crime. And yes, the sum of her defense consisted of her stripping in court (helped by her lover/defendant) and asking the jury (all males) if they were prepared to destroy this.

But this is actually a very interesting case of Values Dissonance - the capital crime she was accused of was blasphemy. In Ancient Greek society, exceptional beauty was a sign of favor from the gods, and they took the idea that beauty indicated goodness with great seriousness. They even called their nobles Kaloi k'Agathoi, “the Beautiful and the Good.”

So by showing off her great physical beauty, Phryne was being very clever indeed, her argument essentially being “How could I possibly commit blasphemy if the gods have given me this body?“

I adore history.
”If these tits are legit, you must acquit.”

If Colonism is only in attire or fashion, there will be no harm..
If colonize minds, it mostly will lead for urban evolution..

Yet, most of the trouble communities are which had colonizm in their culture; where they end up confused, uprooted and disintegrated..!!

This is not only the (administration focus) British Colonism; but seriously the (cultural oppression) French one, and the badly (cultural transformation) Turkish one, which most of Arabs and Muslims had failed or felt shy to address..

This is how Turkish Fez (Cap or Tarboush) and Tabo (Land Registar) had reached equatorial Africa and South East Asia..!!
