This is a serious exercise not for fun..!!
There are many Egyptian professionals who carry tremendous assignments of project management within and outside Egypt.. Some are highly qualified with proven track records.. Others are well confident and rallying on the professional path.. This is in addition to many Egyptian experts in various fields of science, technology, humanities and life-science.. Within the unfolded trials to define a solution for the current political crisis, it came to my mind to apply project management tools.. Maybe a solution will come out from the blues’ or at least, a theme for it..
The project ONLY addresses the anxiety of the Egyptian people and int'l audiences on the anticipated timeframe to bring the country from concurrent chaotic situation into an order.. This is a major demand locally, regionally and globally as well..
The project starts at this current date, with its circumstances, constraints and controlled assumptions (otherwise it would be hypocrisy).. It will end with conclusive four deliverables serving the overall project vision:
- Ousting the current President
- Reforming the Constitution (amended or rewritten)
- Purify the Assembly (legally-adjusted or reelected)
- Approving a National Transformation Roadmap
Durations for processing are extracted either from current constitution or bylaws.. You may seek expert judgments to advise on any supporting information..
Kindly calculate the CPM and advise on various correlated scenarios..
The same exercise can be carried out in any other country, just you will need to review the deliverables; amend or change as adequate and convenient..
(Not a Tip, should start by drafting list f activities, sequencing and durations..!!)
