She met him for the first time in a London pub, and because of the blaring music around them, she didn't hear the alarm bells warning her about him. They were a darkly compatible and mismatched duo. He was a chaotic man who never knew peace in his life, and she was a girl who knew all too well how this life had torn her heart apart before. Blake taught her love and passion, and made her experience euphoria like she'd never felt before when he introduced her to many types of hard drugs. They got high together and became addicted together. Even using him had a different taste... safety! Amy was deeply attached, perhaps because she saw him as the love of her life, or perhaps because he was the bright escape she turned to for fear of the darkness, of that black spot in her life. When she learned that Blake had dumped her and returned to his ex-girlfriend, she entered the studio and wrote:

بليك علمها الحب، والشغف، وجعلها تعيش النشوة كما لم تشعر بها قط عندما عرّفها على العديد من أنواع المخـ..ـدرات الصلبة، فانتشيا معًا وأدمنا معا، حتى التعاطي معه له طعم مختلف،، الأمان ! ، كانت إيمي شديدة التعلق، ربما لأنها كانت ترى فيه حب حياتها، أو ربما لأنه كان المهرب المضيء الذي تلجأ له خوفا من الظلام، من تلك البقعة السوداء في حياتها،

عندما علمت بأن بليك تخلى عنها وعاد لحبيبته السابقة، دخلت الأستوديو وكتبت :

Her lyrics left a deep philosophical impression about the meaning of love, which Amy drew as a lifeboat she was riding to escape the darkness, but it crashed in the middle of the road. The song, which she wrote in less than two hours, has now surpassed one billion views on YouTube, achieved crazy revenues, and was a huge success on all platforms. The song was included in her second and last album in her life. She died at the age of 27.
