Sudanese Passions...

Apology as Arabic is further an endangered language, not competitive to 21st century.. No wonder, as Chinese, French, Italian, and many more are sharing the same fate in an Anglo-world.. take it or leave it..!! (an excuse from a mono-language keyboard..)

I do love my Arabic tongue, alike my Darfurean ancestors who did not know any other language to speak.. and recently suffer because they are not Arabs..!! Sharing religion with the ruling gang in Khartoum was not enough, as below the kinfolk-Arabic skin lays great deal of arrogance that successfully working to vacate the Sudan from other ethnic groups.. The freak ruling gang are ready to give away parts of the country to maintain their control.. See you in Juba 2010, but get your visa first..!!

The British had realized the same a century ago, as their unspoken policy was to set barriers not only on the famous latitude 12N, but also on longitude 28E.. Arabic priggism is the hardest to treat, as composed with pre-Islam-history, mistaken interpretation of Quran, and unspoken alliance with natives across the Red sea.. If skeptical, kindly review the archived testimonies of Darfur Governors.. However, Sudanese are the only Arabs who read, but on unspoken decretive attitudes..

This is not a disarray from the subject, but a truth-dig in the heart of a nation.. which collectively lead to Three elements that rule Sudan till date and will continue in the 22nd Century.. Even Dr H-Alrasoul went trapped within..!! (Dr H-Alrasoul is a Sudanese academic; who called surrender Sudan to the British to re-colonize it..)

1. We sincerely believe that we had inherited from Colonial era seeds for perfection; which is very true for the time of independence not for today’s world.. Most of the so called elite Civil-Servants who were exported to the Gulf States had been sack due to lack of efficiency and competitiveness to serve the urban growth and ambitious developments. Many did not know to run PCs, apply Quality measures, Develop strategies or have professional manners. Sudanese decency is not a professional manners, nor a negotiating tool. This claim of historical administration capacities cannot stand for simple new management tools and techniques, which proven lacked within our folks. UoK was an ivory institute; which had brought nothing to the common, nor to the elite administrators and politician.. only barred “Demagogical” debates. We need to admit that we are among the lowest rates worldwide in governance, transparency, development, income, and urbanism. Kindly refer to formal indexes from UN institutes or global research centers. Admission of misfortunate-ness is the sole route for productive and positive realism… Bottom line; Sudanese are unprecedented dreamers.. Pls wake-up..!!

2. The historical wealth, combined with tribal kinship had taught us to mitigate the risks of living.. an urban traditional Sudanese household would host unemployed young-persons, with no regret, remark or annoyance; as far as there are someone provides the bread.. Life was easy-going; which enabled many to be book-worms, political activists, and philosophers. Thus, our intellectual life was fake, apart from reality and time-waste; which set deep separation between urban and ruler settlements.. No name posted on the media for any incident; had came from a village.. simply villagers do not have time to feed the press..!! No serious literate initiative came from ivory elites, as all changes were carried out by frustrated military.. The fact that Sudanese are hard to be monopolized by foreign intelligence agencies, so talks about missionaries and non-patriotism is just rubbish.. As governments expands, mixed with business, spiced by personal interests; not only the traditional ethics of clean-hand vanished, but also the dress code..!! National governments created poverty in a wealth-potential country, and could not handle the basic-text-books’ consequences. We had great politicians in Sudan, but failed to conceive and deliver Statesmen.. Politician feed the media, while statesmen feed the bellies..!! Therefore, Dr H-Alrasoul has a very valid point, despite the anarchy and the ivory-ness in her proposal..!! Hello, it is 2009; there are more than 1000 schools on government studies worldwide.. Kindly enroll our potential graduates, if any..!!

3. Same Civil Service structures were functioning allover the ex-British colonies.. with a difference, which defines the criteria of excellence, not the given one around drinks..!! In India, Malaysia, Kenya, and UK itself; massive changes took place in organizational policies, structure hierarchy and system procedures; which enabled these countries to seize adequate seat in urban growth and nation building. We had great CS in 1956, but could not have both realization or courage to change or improve it during the years.. Attempts to modernize the face of Sudan came in a freak order, with no intellectual depth or academic support.. Adding to the dilemma the loud hollow phrases from some graduates or postgraduates, as poverty went rocket-high, as the only scores achieved.. When oil reserves were discovered decades ago; conspiracies were planned right and lift to own them.. Oil came as a curse not a blessing, in a country where most things go extreme with high speed in the wrong direction.. Extreme love, Extreme hatred, Extreme confidence, Extreme failure.. Just keep it Extreme to make our voice heard..!! All academics wonders why we are poor? Even the ignorant common in streets of Cairo, Damascus and Algiers is asking.. Then, they stamp our passports with big letters I-D-I-O-T-S; knowing that we are extremely blind to read.. or extremely happy to get stamped, with no clue what this stamp stands for..!! It is all about Governing the country.. Let’s import a system if we cannot create one.. Let’s live..!! it is only a single life to be..!!

The above are the hilarious seeds for the main three issue in any successful governing of a nation, apart from the repeated slogans given in the so-called peace talks, which no one bothered to scrutinize: Share Authority, Share Wealth and Security Arrangements..!!

National Self-Realization, Equality of Rights & Obligations and Governing Structures are the true derivatives for a nation to be.. It is a tough world order, with no mercy or future place for who is idiot, out-dated or dreamer..!! However, handicapped are permitted..!!
