It is a heartbreaking news.. Despite the circumstances, he stills my Friend, who I shared a bite, a laugh and/or a dream.. The Gang of Four had manipulated him, took him away from his roots, yet the person I know is resilient enough, to make a comeback, one day.. Battling the evil powers grows great within our path for success, yet guilt or praise for who supports or fights is greater.. This is our Mankind Legacy..!!
It is all about scope verification to meet limits of compliance and avoid scope creep.. Then, you would be able to produce reliable baselines that would establish the critical mechanism and criteria of QA/QC.. Otherwise, it is controversial and accidental..!!
In any hierarchy there are hyenas that misuse boss’s authority and delegation.. This was his power abuse and loose management to ignore the damages his lieutenants were causing.. This is always the case throughout history.. Power spoils; while Hyenas defeat Lions..
Yet, is it a Dhs 50 mln to bring top 800 financial institutions!! or another power struggle between old conservatives and neo liberals of Dubai, after those unprecedented financial crisis..!!
Governance does not allow for concessions or exemptions..!! It is part of Dubai Story.. The ever amazing one.. where the question on demise between public nd private took serious concerns..!!
He is just another man lost his grounds by fame and bad company; or close ones..
It was almost 3 years between joining and stepping down from DIFC.. Loose Lieutenants of Dr Omar had created a theme of fame and shame around everyone.. Till date, I still hear amazing stories and gossips on me..!! Corporate Culture is humane, if lift unattended, it rots.. This is where Boss and Workforce meet ; creating Legacy or Scandal..!!

It just happened that I was absolutely free to go when things turned ugly.. Many could not take such uncalculated risk.. I was just luckier not to smile to who I disrespect, communicate with who is dishonest or greet who is ugly.. I still luckier with the few who turned to be my friends, with who shared times of true success, with who denied gossips to be greater ones.. with being apart from the ones with bad-karma, evil company or irresponsible grown Childs.. DIFC was great opportunity to create wonders.. and so many ventures of Dubai.. yet; our weak human genes include seeds of self-destruction.. in many forms..!!
