This was my reply..
During the last 30 years; Egypt had massively destructed in their national security framework, which had made them for the 1st time idle towards Sudan, as proven in processing the CPA.. Sudan also had never witnessed a regime that is aware ...and capable to master its national security issues.. We had had no frame work, plans, policies, etc., but reactions to risk incidents and political events, whenever happens..!! Therefore, both Sudan and Egypt are incapable to form any healthy political relation at the time being; regardless of the cause.. This is the Formal level..
On the Free-Lance level; which include non government politicians.. Egyptian Chevaliers are driven by either frustration or illusion.. They are sick of their notorious government, regret the lost int'l respect, and yet; deal with Sudan as an allied county.. Sudanese ones are miles away from such strategic concept, or had their own deformed interpretation for the national security term, yet intensively and hysterically engulfed in the day-to-day business..!! Therefore it is a talk with no reply.. or only echo.. alike all aspects and history bilateral relations between the weird neighbors..!!
Therefore, such a talk is simply a talk.. Then, let them keep talking, maybe someone will come up with a good idea.. as said: the fools' wisdom sometimes works better..!!
Sorry to be harsh, but during the last 35 years, I had heard a lot..!!
