للأسف ليس لدينا ثقافة أو معارف عمرانية أو معمارية ذات آصالة ، ومن ثمَ ؛ فلقد اجتهد كلُ فيما استطاع ، وعليه فقد كانت النتائج ، ولازلت ، كارثية وعصية على التعديل أو التقويم مهما سعى من سعى وتحمس من تحمس

تعديل قوانين البناء ، أو تجاهلها في كثير من الأحيان ، يلقي باللائمة على من يمارسون مهن العمران والبناء ، سواء في التعليم أو الادارة أو التنفيذ ، فهم في جانب قد فشلوا في الدفاع عن النظريات التي أهلتهم للدرجات العلمية والمهنية ، ومن أخر فلقد فشلوا في تقديم حلول منطقية ترضي طموحات الساسة والعامة على حد سواء

في واقع الحياة لا توجد أطباق فضية لكي يقدم عليها المتخصصون مساهماتهم في التنمية والتطور ، وتلك هي الجدلية الفارغة التي يتشدق بها أرباب المهن ؛ بأن النظام لم يسمع أو يسمح لهم ، أو لم يعطهم الفرصة للعمل الخلاَق

تلك قضية متكررة في كافة المجالات والمهن والحرف ، ليس فقط في السودان ، بل في سائر العالم الخائب ، عفواً النائم ، عفواً النامي

Unfortunately we do not have an authentic urban or architectural culture, therefore, everyone had worked hard with utmost, and results have been, and still, catastrophic and bacillus, regardless whatever search or enthusiasm..

Modifying building codes, or often ignore, cast the blame on those who engage in the occupations of urbanization and construction; whether in education, administration or execution capacities.. They had once failed to defend the theories that had awarded them their scientific and professional grades; and on the other had also failed to offer logical solutions to satisfy ambitions of both politicians and public alike

 In real life there are no silver plating to submit the specialists’ contributions for development and evolution.. That is the ambiguous and hypocritical debates of professionals; that the regime had not heard, allowed or give them the opportunity to creatively work

This is a recurring issue among all fields, professions and trades, not only in Sudan, but also in the rest of the disillusioned world.. Oops sleeping..Oops developing
