بين الشعب والجيش ، كأنهما من عوالم منفصلة

هناك حالة عالمية من الانفصال والتشرذم في المجتمعات المدنية ، مما ينتج عنها إخفاقات عديدة ومستمرة في الاتفاق على رؤية وطريق التنمية ، مع عدم إغفال الأمن القومي باعتباره ضرورة سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية متزايدة ومعقدة في عالم التواصل السيبري

ولذا ؛ فان الكثير من البلدان تعاني من تمركز السلطات في أيدي مجموعات قليلة ، تغلب عليها المصالح المتبادلة ، ولا يُخفى عن الجميع أن الديقراطية هي مجرد شعار براق يتنافي في حقيقته مع الرشد والحوكمة ، حيث يكون القرار لأغلبية لا تهتم كثيراً بأكثر من مصالحها المباشرة ولا تعي أبعد من هذا ، مثال ترامب وأردوغان والبريكست ومودي وديترتي وغيرهم الكثير

ليس هذا السرد دفاعاً عن حاكمية السلاح التي تدرك بتلقائية الأبعاد الجيوستراتيجية وتوابعها ، ولكنها تحليلاً لحاكمية الكلمة والقلم التي تنزلق وتتوه كثيراً في جدليات الأفكار المدنية والدينية سواء كانت أصيلة أم منقولة

لقد دفع بلدي (السودان) ثمناً باهظاً ، يتجاوز أي منطق في الفساد المدني ، عندما تسلمت السلطات مجموعات مدنية ودينية لم يجمعها حقيقةً سوى الدولار واليورو ، ولكي ترسخ يدها ، فلقد تعمدت شرذمة الجيش الوطني واستبداله بمليشيات متعددة الآفاق

لست أدري كيف يمكن تجاوز المنزلقات والالتفافات السياسية المعقدة في عوالمنا المعاصرة ، وكيف في المقابل يمكن الحفاظ على الكيان الوطني متماسك

لعل الأمر يتطلب مبادرة حقيقية تتمثل بعوالم وحوارات القرن التاسع عشر في أوربا ، تلك اتي أفرزت تقدمهم الفكري والحضري ، وحفرت كذلك الخندق الفاصل بينهم وبين شعوب الحضارات القديمة

هل بالفعل يمكننا النقاش بعقلانية ، أم صارت السوشيال ميديا أفواهنا وأسماعنا

وحتى إذا اتفقنا على النقاش ، هل نستطيع إفراز قيادة للنقاش ، تحافظ على رؤيته وتوجهه ، أم سوف يكون استمراراً لحوار الطرشان حيث كلُ يسمع لنفسه فحسب

Therefore, many countries suffer from the concentration of powers in the hands of a few groups and lobbies, dominated by mutual interests, and it is not hidden from everyone that democracy is merely a bright slogan that is in reality incompatible with rationality and governance, where the decision by a majority that does not care much more than its direct interests and is not aware of any beyond, for example, Trump, Erdogan, Brexit, Modi, Ditertey and many others

This narration is not in defense of the rule of arms, which by definition realizes the geostrategic dimensions and their dependencies, but it is an analysis of the rule of the intelligentsia that slips and gets lost a lot in the controversies of civil and religious ideas, whether they are authentic or transmitted.

My country (Sudan) has paid a heavy price, exceeding any logic in civil corruption, when the authority had been taken over by civil and religious lobbies, who really and only cared for their dollar and euro earnings, and in order to consolidate their hand, they had deliberately fragmented the national army and replaced it with various-interests militias
I do not know how to overcome the complex political Roller-coasters in our contemporary world, and how in return can the national entity be kept coherent

Perhaps the matter requires a real initiative to repeat brainstorming and dialogues of the European nineteenth century, which gave rise to their intellectual and urban progress, as well as the ditch that separates them from the peoples of ancient civilizations.

Can we really rationally discuss, or has the social media become our mouths and ears
And even if we agree on the debate, can we produce leadership for the discussion, which maintains its vision and direction, or will it be a continuation of the deafs' dialogue where everyone only hears himself
