النوبة وجبال النوبة - تشابه مصطنع.

العديد من المعلقين إستخدمو وصف جبال النوبة أو النوباويين كما يسمونهم في السودان و محاولات ربطهم بالنوبيين في النيل في شمال السودان أو في جنوب مصر

بشكل مباشر و بوضوح المكان الجغرافي المسمى جبال النوبه هو جزء من جنوب غرب الدوله السودانيه المشكله حديثا وسكانه من السودانيين في الأغلب هم امتداد لقبائل النيلوت Nilotic في الجنوب وتاريخياً القبائل المذكوره في الجبال لم تستخدم كلمه نوبه لوصف أنفسهم ولكن تم إسقاط تسميه نوبه عليهم تماما كما تم مع الدينكا والنوير وغيرهم من المركزيه الأوروبية في السرد التاريخي لوادي النيل لفصل النوبيين بشكل ممنهج عن تاريخهم الفعلي

جبال النوبة لا علاقه لهم بالنوبيين بأي شكل ولا في العصور الفرعونيه ولا في العصور المسيحية، قد يتشابه شكل الوجه أو لون البشره لسكان الجبال مع بعض النوبيين كما سائر أفريقيا و لكن الاختلاف الأنثروبولوجي عظيم جداً

تمثل الكتب مرجع فوتوغرافي عن مجموعات عرقية مختلفة من جبال النوبة

بين عامي 1962 و1977، كانت ريفنستال تصور أشخاصا من مجموعات عرقية مختلفة من جبال النوبة في الجزء الجنوبي من السودان في عدة زيارات. كانت أول مصورة بيضاء سمحت لها الحكومة السودانية بإجراء أبحاثها في جبال النوبة النائية في السودان.

كتاب جورج رودجر النوبة ولاتوكا

في عام 1949، علم جورج رودجر بقبائل النوبة الجبلية أثناء سفره في منطقة كردفان في السودان، وسمحت له الحكومة السودانية بالتقاط صور لقبائل جبال النوبة. نشرت في مجلة ناشيونال جيوغرافيك وقدمت مؤخرا في كتاب مصور.

كتب كل من ليني ريفنستال و جورج رودجر ذات أهمية أنثروبولوجية وإثنولوجية وثقافية تاريخية عالية فيما يتعلق بالحياة التقليدية في جبال النوبة في هذه الأوقات ومعروفة جيدا

جيمس سي. فارس كتاب Nuba personal art

يقدم فارس في جبال النوبة دراسة مصورة مفصلة عن ممارساتهم الفنيه الجسديه الخاصة ،التي تحكي بطبيعة الحال الكثير عنهم وعن حياتهم ومعتقداتهم. شعب معزول يعيش في أقصى الركن الجنوبي من كردفان.

يركز فنهم على زخرفة الجسم: يتم استخدام التزييت والرسم والندب. يتم اختيار التصاميم بحرية، على الرغم من أن بعضها مناسب للتمايز الاجتماعي ولمراحل مختلفة من الحياة. تختلف الأنماط من هندسية إلى حيوانية، وربما تضفي الممارسة الطويلة جوا من التطور حيث يتم تنفيذ التصميم كمفهوم واحد بما في ذلك تصفيفة الشعر أو غطاء الرأس.

Nubia Nuba mountain - constructed identities / similarities

To the point and to be clear, the geographical place called the Nuba Mountains is part of the southwest of the newly formed Sudanese state and its population of the Sudanese in majority are a broad extension of Nilotic south and historically the tribes mentioned in the mountains The word Nuba was never used by them to describe themselves, but the name was dropped on them just as it was with the Dinka, Nuer and other South Sudanese Nilotic tribes as part of the colonial Egyptology construct to set historical narrative where all black southerners are Nubians to systematically separate the Nubians from their history in the Nile valley.

The Nuba Mountains have nothing to do with the Nubians in any form, nor in Pharaonic times, nor in Christian times, their facial features or skin color may have similarity to some Nubians as is the case with the rest of Africa, but the anthropological difference is very great and profound.

I have copies of the most important anthropological books written / photographed on Nuba Mountains in twentieth century and I will try to list later simple excerpts from each book respectively.

Leni Riefenstahl two Books

Between 1962 and 1977, Riefenstahl had been photographing people of different Nuba mountain ethnic groups in the southern part of Sudan on several visits. was the first white female photographer permitted by the Sudanese government to do her research in the remote Nuba mountains of Sudan.

George Rodger book The Nuba and LatukaBook

In 1949, George Rodger learned of the Nuba mountain tribes while traveling in the Kordofan region of the Sudan, he was permitted by the Sudanese government to take pictures of the nuba mountain tribes. published in National Geographic magazine and recently introduced in a photo essay book.

Riefenstahl & George Rodger Books are of high anthropological, ethnological, and cultural-historical importance in relation to traditional life in the Nuba mountains of these times and are well known

James C. Faris book Nuba personal art

Dr Faris's study of the South-Eastern Nuba gives a detailed picture of their particular art form, which naturally tells much about them, their lives and beliefs. An isolated people living in the extreme south-eastern corner of Kordofan.

Their art is concentrated on body decoration: oiling, painting, and scarification being used. The designs are freely chosen, though some are appropriate to social differentiation and to different stages of life. Patterns are varied from geometric to zoomorphic, and long practice, possibly, lends an air of sophistication where a design is carried through as a single concept including a hairstyle or headdress.

Its purpose, the author says, is to celebrate a strong and healthy body, whose symmetry forms the background and inspiration for the design; the incentive is aesthetic rather than symbolic or ritual.
