Since the then-infamous Egyptian blogger and activist, Asmaa Mahfouz (1985), had taken her call into action, by her sole protest in the then-infamous Meydan AlTahrir, or Tahrir Square, nothing stays the same..!

Ms Mahfouz had sparked the protests that began the uprising in 25th January 2011 in Cairo. While only three persons had responded to her first calls You-Tube and Facebook, her second calls had widespread responses. Despite the swift actions by internal security services to surround and remove the protesting group away from the square, the awakening was already triggered and the Jenny was released from the suppressive bottle.

During the following months, till the date of this post; Meydan Al-Tahrir had witnessed all features of Egyptian cultural mosaic, political morphology and socioeconomic aggregates. It had hosted the famous repeated “Millionic” protests; which had shaken and brought to light all political and cultural contradictions. It also, was the event place for nearly 200 deaths among the protesters in Cairo. The Meydan had raised some names to the sky, as new public figures, and brought down many of them as well. Among the rival political groups represented all logic and hysteric schools of thoughts, Egyptians were disarrayed on the edge of uncontrolled chaos and incurable identity damage..!

Aida EL-Aiouby is an Egyptian-German singer, songwriter and guitarist; who had released her new impressions on Tahrir Square. “Ya El Midan” screens what Tahrir Square means for the new Egypt, while noting the unsettled fragmentation among Egyptian people. The responses vary a lot between fans and opponents on the symbolism of Tahrir Square..

Tahrir Square had been accepted worldwide as a symbol of People’s Will.. The name was repeated in Wall Street, London, Sydney and elsewhere.. It correctly represents all logic and chaos, which associate the democratic formation or challenges.. Although the Egyptian political future is fragile and shaky, The Meydan will stay standing, collaborating and integrating the main streams of Egyptian public life: Arab League HQ, Egyptian Museum, Egyptian Foreign Affairs, Official Mosque named Omar Makram, American University in Cairo, Nile Hilton Hotel, The famous Complex for Gov Processing, and linkages to Parliament, High Street, Down Town, Old Cairo, and AlAhli Football Club..!

الميدان

منذ أن اصدرت المدونة المصرية والناشطة غير المشهورة ، أسماء محفوظ (1985) ، دعوتها إلى التغيير ، من خلال الاحتجاج في ميدان التحرير ، فان لا شيء قد استمر على حاله

كانت أسماء شرارة الاحتجاجات التي بدأت الانتفاضة المصرية في 25 يناير 2011.. وعلى الرغم من أن ثلاثة أشخاص فقط قد استجابوا لنداءها الأول عبر اليوتيوب والفيسبوك ، فان نداؤها الثاني كان له استجابات واسعة النطاق.. وعلى الرغم من الإجراءات السريعة من قبل اجهزة الامن الداخلي لتطويق وإزالة مجموعة المحتجين بعيدا عن الميدان ، فانه قد اندلعت بالفعل الصحوة ، وتحررت الجنية من زجاجة القمع

خلال الأشهر التالية ، وحتى تاريخ هذه المقالة ؛ كان ميدان التحرير قد شهد كافة المفردات من الفسيفساء الثقافية المصرية وتشكيلاتها السياسية والتجمعات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.. استضاف كذلك الاحتجاجات المليونية الشهيرة والمتكررة ؛ التي كذلك قد هزت وألقت الضوء على كل التناقضات السياسية والثقافية ، هو أيضاً المكان الذي شهد أكثر من 200 حالة وفاة بين المتظاهرين في القاهرة.. كما أن الميدان قد رفع بعض الأسماء إلى السماء ، كشخصيات عامة جديدة ، فانه قد اسقطت الكثير منهم كذلك.. بين الجماعات السياسية المتنافسة تمثلت جميع المدارس فيما بين الأفكار المنطقية والهستيريا ، وتشوش المصريين على حافة الفوضى غير المنضبطة ، وذات الضرر العميق في بيان الهوية

عايدة الأيوبي مغنية المصرية ألمانية ، شاعرة وملحنة وعازفة للجيتار ، مؤخراً قد أصدرت أغنيتها الجديدة عن ميدان التحرير.. يا الميدان ، محاولة لبيان ماذا يعني ميدان التحرير لمصر في هيئتها الجديدة ، في حين يشير الى التفتت وعدم الاستقرار بين طوائف الشعب المصري.. ردود الفعل قد اختلفت كثيرا بين المشجعين والمعارضين على رمزية ميدان التحرير

لقد صار ميدان التحرير في جميع أنحاء العالم رمزاً لارادة الشعب.. وتكرر الاسم في وول ستريت ، لندن وسيدني وفي غيرها.. صحيح أنه يمثل كل منطق وكل فوضى ، والتي ترتبط مع تشكيل الديمقراطية وتحدياتها.. وعلى الرغم من أن المستقبل السياسي المصري قد يبدو هشاً ، فسوف يقف ميدان التحرير باقياً ، يرمز الى اندماج التيارات الرئيسية في الحياة العامة المصرية : مقر جامعة الدول العربية ، المتحف المصري ، الخارجية المصرية ، ومسجد عمر مكرم الرسمي ، الجامعة الاميركية في القاهرة ، وفندق النيل هيلتون ، والمجمع الشهير للادارات الحكومية ، وقربه من مبنى البرلمان ، والشوارع التجارية ، ووسط البلد ، والقاهرة القديمة ، ونادي الأهلي لكرة القدم
