Despite the facts, rumours, lies and truth about this pandemic, the human resilience will win the battle and restore the normal life.. Why..?
Because, we are Humans.. The Mankind.. The Intelligent Species.. Who had been gifted the capacity to understand life and creation.. and jointly recognize the Al-Mighty; who had made us so... Praise

The best places in the world to be a rich foreigner

October 22

This year's iteration of HSBC's annual ranking of the best places to live as an expat, published Wednesday, ranked 34 countries on a host of indicators, such as salaries earned, the expat's quality of life and an expat family's ability to raise kids abroad. The full rankings are in this chart below. Switzerland tops the list overall, with Egypt coming last.

The bank surveyed 9,288 expats in over 100 countries, but only presented findings for countries where there were more than 100 respondents.

Switzerland topped the rankings, as it had done the year before. Over a quarter of the expats HSBC polled earned more than $200,000 annually, but also maintained a better work-life balance than in their home countries. Switzerland's beautiful scenery and lack of air pollution is a plus, with vast majorities of expat parents there saying their children lived safer and better lives than in their previous home, according to HSBC's press release.

Perhaps more interesting is the growing draw of Asia for the expats surveyed, with its booming economies presenting lands of opportunity for expats from all over the world. "Asia emerges from this year’s survey as the best region for financial wellbeing, with nearly one fifth (19%) of expats earning over USD200,000 p.a. and 65% saying they have more disposable income since relocating," says HSBC.

The rankings look rather different when you separate the findings by category. Asian countries may account for terrific remuneration, but not necessarily the greatest living experience. You'll note China is not in the top 10 countries for raising children. Many expatriates, particularly those living in Beijing, the smog-clogged Chinese capital, fear the long-term effects of the country's air pollution on their kids.

Explore HSBC's data in full through an interactive that rearranges the rankings on the basis of various criteria that you can sort and toggle, ranging from an expat's ability to assimilate to a local culture to his or her satisfaction with the country's economy. The report is connected to HSBC Expat, which provides off-shore financial services to clients.
This likely influenced the profile of the expats surveyed for the study. The scores for China and the U.S. probably don't take into account American immigrant diasporas, nor the hardships faced by a growing community of petty merchants from Africa and other parts of Asia trying to eke a living in China.

In HSBC's survey of global high-rollers, the expats in the U.S. do applaud their host country for one thing -- its education. More than three quarters of expat parents in the U.S. state educate their children. The global average in the HSBC survey was only 37 percent.

Global Hunger Index

I have a sketchy idea that "Hunger" is a "Moral" decline.. not a "Resources" or a "Distribution" one..
Do you share that?

Macro Economics are political, while Micro Economics are social.. Geopolitics is often immoral, while Sociopolitics are..
The meant paradox aims to transform Politics into a moral perspective, while elevate the Politics of social practices..

Disposal of crops' surplus is macro/political; while wasted tomato in festival is micro/social..
I can live with La-Tomatina, Oktobarfest, Cité des Citrons, or Adha's waste meat; but I agree on need to denounce the dumping of surpluses, the use crops for alcohol manufacturing, improper processing of sacrifice meat, as well as the electricity consumption to watch extravaganza's and late TV shows..!!

Scotland Blue Print..

Scotland
Across the world, there are many political movements target to break-away regions from their countries.. This is the seriousness and implications of Scotland Referendum 2014..

This is the unspoken and common worry among all ruling politicians worldwide.. If this "Legal" processing make its success in Scotland on Sep 18; there will be no excuse or justification to ignore claims for independence from any territories across the world..

This will start with Crimea, which its referendum had took place, yet rejected by the "Democratic" world, despite the presence of international monitors..

In advance to the referendum in Scotland; it is widely proven how politicians would compile false facts to reach their goals.. Despite the high HDI rank in UK in general and Scotland in particular, there are many evidences that the true facts had been carefully hidden within emotional campaigns of both parties..

Nuclear Family Needs To Die

Why the nuclear family needs to die, in order for us to live
The concept of a nuclear family is relatively recent – it is first mentioned in The Oxford English Dictionary  in 1925 – and refers to a household that consists of a mother, father and their children.  It is recent because the cost of establishing a household has been historically very high and young couples simply could not afford to do so.  It was the economic ability to live separately that then enabled the significant social change of splitting up the extended family.  History Future Now believes that the nuclear family is a historical aberration and ultimately doomed to fail.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan

Recep Tayyip Erdogan instituted a number of political reforms during his first term as Turkish prime minister. The country experienced an economic upswing and eyed accession to the EU. Now Erdogan's political style has become increasingly authoritarian, fundamentalist and anti-western. He is now running for president in Sunday's election. Is democracy in danger in Turkey?

Rules of Confrontation

This Young generation will change the Rules of Confrontation..
Just give it 10 years..!!

By default, the Millennia generation at diasporas, Arab/Jew; are not ready to repeat the legacies of the famous conflict, nor believe in the foundations that had led to it.. Despite how their counterparts in Gaza, West Bank Slums and Israeli settlements are fed with the hatred and patriotic slogans and harsh realities in everyday; they are more pragmatic and bold in making up their minds about what's going on..

Unfortunately, Fascist leaderships among both parties are proven slipping in time and facts, whereas people are no longer ready to waste their lives.. Today's people believe that live worth living, not to die for it.. This phenomenon is spreading and changing the game worldwide.. Yet, orthodox politicians are not coping, while the Elders of the World are increasingly condemning them for being out of date, out of time.. Yet, they can't change..

Millennia are ready to scarify religion for a better life..
Why not?
They had found most preachers are already breaching lapsing time, intellectual evolution and necessities of survival; with growing threats to their lives and dreams.. Therefore, Game of Religions is falling apart as how the Game of Nations had been ill-fated few years ago..

Rules of Confrontation is rapidly changing.. The current 50K fans of this call will grow to exceed the total Arab and Jew population worldwide..

Believe it.. and get ready for it..!!

Fear of a Stone..

Mankind was destined to an infinitive struggle between both extremes: Good & Bad.. Our intellectual arrogance had denounced all divine referrals and associated surrender to the unknown.. Therefore, the counterbalance changed form Metaphysics into Psychopathy; providing no answer but radicalism.. The older generations had contended way of life more than ours.. yet; we are much contended than the following.. An inevitable evolution of materialism with cycles of frustrations' violence.. Such violence is varied from increased rates of bad politics, hatred, domestic violence, trafficking, suicide up to ISIL..!!

Yes, the Story of Stones..
All civilizations were built by Stones.. All victories were marked by destruction of Stones.. Taliban and ISIL feared the Stones.. Austerity and Gazi protestors raised the Stone..

What a combination..!

World Cup or World Order..

It was an unprecedented shocking humiliation to the host nation in the history of World Cup.. Yet, it is a reward for communal fitness, rational mindset and intellectual preparedness rather than for amusing skills, magical art and spontaneous communities..

I had been a big fan for Brazil during my younger age, before losing the interest in the golden game.. Yet, I start to read Brazil as random shattered societies with lots of downgrading, confusion and decline.. Despite its rank among the BRISC, which was a temporary vision that did not last for long, current preparations to host the games were scandalous and almost criminal.. The contradictions between government and public, politicians and people, poverty and arts can not provide platforms for sustainable developments, socioeconomic growth or political stability.. Low and Order are simply void and nonsense among majority of Brazilians.. Patriotism can not survive on cheers, corruption and parades for long.. This is the message such a scandalous defeat would deliver..

66 Years of Nakba

Salute to the ONLY true worldly case of injustice, aggression and oppression..

اليومين صارو 66 سنة يا أبو أحمد.

Democracy

Omar Abdullah - Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir (28 Jan 2014)

In recent three occasions, Stephen Sackur had loudly echoed the Western unilateral definition of Democracy.. He had used all professional means to elaborate his beliefs, intimidate his guests and spread a global fear..
Certainly, he is a high profile media professional with long experience and respect; yet the unilateral definitions are the true conflict between the western domination and the rest of the world..
On parallel, he had proved short in-depth realization of the "others", culturally and politically; which became a stigma on all Western researches, up to the academic analysis..

Understanding or Confronting 4:34

This post was inspired by Feminism in Faith by Zainah Anwar
http://www.buzzfeed.com/rafiazakaria/feminism-in-faith-islam

If anyone opens up the text of the Holy Qur’an and leafs through its pages until reaches chapter 4, which is titled “The Verse of Women,” and continues on until reaches verse 34, will find the following proclamation:

“Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband’s] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance — [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.”

the Muslim scholar and Boston University professor Kecia Ali, in her discussion of the verse and the translation, Ali points out that the three most controversial words in the verse, “qawammun” (previously translated as “guardians”),
qanitat” (previously translated as “obedient ”), and
nushuz” (previously translated as “disobedient”),
Must all be left untranslated.. These words require interpretations

A School Desk

More than 25 years ago, I had supported the efforts of Save The Children in Haj Yousuf camp for IDP (Internal Displaced People).. I remember my design for a simple class desk, which was assembled by a veteran welder at AlHella AlJadidah..
At that time we produced around 50 for the mobile classrooms I had designed too.. Then I fled Sudan with no return..
Once a friend told me how my design is used all over Africa by NGOs.. Today, I found it by mere coincidence.. Certainly, no intellectual property to claim, even so, such contribution is the true claim..

I'm extremely thankful for such unprecedented opportunity..

The same image still bright in my memory for someday of 1991
Kids are the same everywhere, whenever and whatsoever..
my eyes are tearful, yet my heart is joyful..

Polygamy vs. Polygany

Despite how the terms are controversial and debatable among all humans; my exploration for the reactions had taken me to many web groups.. There, I had read for both enthusiastic and opponents; whereas each had exercised all intellectual tools to advocate for their views.. An example is the Facebook group: Islamic Polygany (Ameican Muslim) https://www.facebook.com/groups/IslamicpolygynyMuslimAmerican/

Basically, the misconceptions between polygamy and Polygany are considerably great.. This would describe the greatness of both epistemic divide and intellectual spiral as well.. It was notable that the general public can't absorb the different terminologies, and accept what the media had accustomed for; which would shake the religious content and faith.. Thought-Leaders are generally short to understand and adequately comprehend or react..

There is a great deficiency in understanding the Polygany concept, code and regularities.. With no need to walk through Shariah details, attempts to insert the practice within the legal code is likely a failure.. Therefore, enthusiastic would counter any critique by plain Quran verses or Hadeeth, with almost no understanding of the given words..
Kindly refer to my earlier post on legitimacies of Polygany

Building a Nation

The spiral hot debates on Nation Building is synonymous to most of the underdeveloped countries. Their Young Generations enthusiastically want to avoid the pitfalls of the older ones; while the Older Generations search an address for their life-time efforts..

Spring Movements among Arabs, Persian, Turkish, Thai, Senegalese, Kenyan, Kyrgyz, Indian and Bengali symbolize the facts about human unification and identity. The quest for better livelihood is a common wish-list among Mankind, regardless of religion, geography and economy..

The debates are furious with no agreed formula for the future. Intellectual, Executives and Lobbyists are exercising all means in the control-game. Modern wealth structures created great appeal for politicians to monopoly and benefit..

This illustration is my own combination of Estates and interpretations. Man can't be defines apart from his community, and vs versas..

At any society, the Sociopolitical Structures can't be defined apart from the Epistemic Foundations..

This may would enable to reduce the debate, from principles into vocabularies; which in turn would reduce the time required to reach an agreement..

Yet, Mankind is legendary fond of arguments..!

Angola vs. Muslims..

Every Tom, Deck and Harry speaks on the "Angolan War Against Islam".. As usual, no one searches roots, truth or facts..!! Then everyone of the 1.2 bln would cry against "Unfair" Islamophobia.. Then "Conservative" Muslim Funds will flood into those "Helpless" 90,000 Angolan Muslims, followed by "Unemployed" Jihadists..

What a mental chaos we experience..!!

Notably, all main media had ignored this overwhelming story..
Now, someone would say: A Global conspiracy..!!

The Greatest Enemy for Islam and Muslims is their own Islamic Media.. Spreading false and unauthentic news is only fueling hierocracy, anarchy and hooliganism among the 80% illiterate, poor and hopeless Muslims..!!

I keep calling for governance, integrity and consciousness to form the code of conduction and professional ethics among Muslim Media Professionals, who are mostly "Unmuslim"..

Unmuslim is my term for those Muslim who their Islam is barely a word of mouth.. not a mindful or a heartful.. They are not Infidel or apostate but "intentionally" hypocrite...

The Arab Sunset..

Since their modern formation in the mid-twentieth century, Saudi Arabia and the five smaller Gulf monarchies -- Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) -- have been governed by highly autocratic and seemingly anachronistic regimes. Nevertheless, their rulers have demonstrated remarkable resilience in the face of bloody conflicts on their doorsteps, fast-growing populations at home, and modernizing forces from abroad.

One of the monarchies’ most visible survival strategies has been to strengthen security ties with Western powers, in part by allowing the United States, France, and Britain to build massive bases on their soil and by spending lavishly on Western arms. In turn, this expensive militarization has aided a new generation of rulers that appears more prone than ever to antagonizing Iran and even other Gulf states. In some cases, grievances among them have grown strong enough to cause diplomatic crises, incite violence, or prompt one monarchy to interfere in the domestic politics of another.

It would thus be a mistake to think that the Gulf monarchies are somehow invincible. Notwithstanding existing internal threats, these regimes are also facing mounting external ones -- from Western governments, from Iran, and each other. And these are only exacerbating their longstanding conflicts and inherent contradictions.

HOME BASES
The existence of substantial Western military bases on the Arabian Peninsula has always been problematic for the Gulf monarchies. To their critics, the hosting of non-Arab, non-Muslim armies is an affront to Islam and to national sovereignty. Their proliferation will likely draw further criticism, and perhaps serve as yet another flashpoint for the region’s opposition movements.

Among the largest Western installations in the Gulf is al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar, which owes its existence to the country’s former ruler, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani. In 1999, al-Thani told the United States that he would like to see 10,000 American servicemen permanently based in the emirate, and over the next few years, the United States duly began shifting personnel there from Saudi Arabia. Today, al-Udeid houses several thousand U.S. servicemen at a time and has also served as a forward headquarters of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), a U.S. Air Force expeditionary air wing, a CIA base, and an array of U.S. Special Forces teams. Nearby Bahrain
