Libya Dinar, Water and Compansations

I'm not into conspiracy theories, as conspiracies are always short sighted or short live, but the following reasons are reasonable to accept, while match my own references and information about Libya with and without Qaddafi..

 
The main reason for the destruction of Libya was the gold backed currency for the continent of Africa called the Dinar.Ghadafi had planned the African Bank and was leading Africa to freedom from the paper bankers, the imperialists that controlled the poor countries and their assets. This gold-backed currency would have destroyed the paper bankers whose money is backed by nothing. Those paper bankers, the FED and the EURO owned by the Rothschild group would have been destroyed. For this reason Ghadafi had to not only fall from power but he had to die. If he had gone into exile, his mouth would still work.

The second reason for the Libyan war was AFRICOM, the US military control of Africa. Libya was the strongest country in Africa and refused to ever let the US take military control over them.

The third reason was the lawsuit that had been filed by Ghadafi (Libya) against all the Western European nations for all the broken treaties and all the atrocities committed in Africa over hundreds of years by the Western Europeans and the loss of revenue caused by the embargo against Libya for 30+ years. It should be noted that Libya was not guilty of the Lockerbie bombing as proven by a CIA whistleblower This law suit was for $7 + trillion dollars and it had legs. Western Europe could ill afford this kind of debt so they happily joined in the destruction of the sovereign nation of Libya

Political Utopia..

During the last 15 months, which had the nickname Arabic Spring; lots of serious debates and hilarious hypocrisy had enabled the outstanding (and profitable) circulations of both old and new media.. Many names came out as commentators, analysts and journalists.. Several hundred became overnight notable political activists, while dozens of others became overnight leaders-in-charge.. However, such chaos reflects decades of bizarre ideology creation and transformation.. Arabs had that articulation in 1970th, whereas all political mandates and sociopolitical characteristics had changed..

Despite how the dream of Utopia was agreed to be unrealistic and symbolic; it had conceived with the inevitably-realistic politics; and delivered mass confusion and uncertainty.. People, particularly the youth, had turned their gatherings in streets, cafes, clubs, institutions and Facebook into race for assumptions, rumors and imputed facts.. The high rates of cultural deficit and isolation; had made it easy to translate the domains, and fill the context by inadequate local substances.. Both intelligentsia and commons were easy prey by professional monopolies and distractions; and by their own Political Utopia..

The devil was locally made by a supposedly intellectual elite, whose exposure to the world is limited.. Linguistic barriers, poor translation-production, and natural resilience of local stigmas (compared to the world); had collectively isolated the events from cold (external) critiques or support.. People loved the hot and exciting events of demonstrations, assassinations, retaliations, biographies and Utopias.. As how most Arabs were always attached to their personalized media, locally or abroad (apart from the Turkish drama); as how their epistemic realizations are intellectually challenged.. The unspoken Arabic priggism is a Preserver of identity, a Product of history, and a Protector against globalization.. Nevertheless, Utopia has to be global, as each “Self” needs the “Other” to knows itself..

Only Tunisians had safely sailed with their “Jasmine”; by their cross border debates, while all other Arabs are fractured, distracted and disarray.. Not only the price of self realization is high, but also the goals become uncertain.. It was not Facebook that ignited the protest, but the unemployment.. It was not the intellectuals who run the upraising, but the radical Islamists.. It was not the nicely written political manifests, but the eye catching banners.. It was not the returned fortune-expatriates, but who shared malnutrition, malfunction and malformation.. All other Political Parties fade by their lack of organization, resilience and devotion.. Despite how the Islamist had ruled Sudan since 1989, Arabic Intelligentsia is proven freakily unconscious, extremely ignorant and severely challenged..

This is not about how Islamists are good or bad, but about how the consensus is.. Certainly, political mechanism will eventually develop a winner, but on what cost..? The concurrent events tells how the public is childish comparable to the administrations.. This supports patriarchy and big-brotherhood advocacy rather than revolt against.. Violence, physical and verbal; interprets the self destruction rather than salvation.. Gradual surrender is commonly growing due to the natural contractions against Change.. Political Utopia is gradually replaced by Maslow’s roles.. As Arabs start to know the true Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his Justice and Development Party, Arabic Spring successfully replaces the Turkish dramas..!!

Libya slammed by rights group over Sudan president visit
MOSCOW, January 7 (RIA Novosti)
A visit to Libya on Saturday by Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court on genocide charges, has been criticized by a leading rights group.
Bashir “was given a warm welcome by the head of Libya’s National Transitional Council, Mustafa Abdul-Jalil, and members of the interim government,” the online version of the English-language paper The Tripoli Post reported. It also noted that the visit was the first by Bashir to Libya “since the overthrow of the dictatorial regime of Muammar Gaddafi.”
"Welcoming Bashir ... raises questions about the NTC's stated commitment to human rights and the rule of law," Richard Dicker, international justice director at Human Rights Watch, said in a statement.
"Following the end of decades of brutal rule in Libya, it is disturbing if Tripoli hosts a head of state on the run from international arrest warrants for grave human rights violations."
Bashir supported last year’s revolt against Gaddafi.
Relations between Gaddafi-era Libya and Sudan were tense after Sudan accused the late Libyan leader of supporting rebels in Darfur.
“In 2010, the Gaddafi regime offered sanctuary to Darfur rebel chief Ibrahim Khalil, who was killed in Sudan last month after his return to the country,” The Tripoli Post said.
Libya is not a signatory to the International Criminal Court charter, and is under no legal obligation to arrest Bashir

In most of the languages; the word “Revolution” is very much associated with illogic and uncontrolled behavior or actions, driven by considerable suppression and frustration.. Therefore, revolutions are not that honored activity or welcomed one by any Statesmen..!



The price to revolt against unjust political regime is usually heavier than people’s perceptions.. Once causalities are counted, public support would decline a bit-by-bit.. It is the human nature to celebrate life.. For many people; life in unjust is better than death in justice.. However, the historical debate between enthusiasm and wisdom is always open, while each parties are changing places and roles over time.. “Today’s Rebellions are Tomorrow’s Guardians, while Today’s Guardians are in Tomorrow’s Graveyards..!” Revolutions are always ignited, blown and fueled by 15-35 years old URBAN citizens..!


During the last few months, the Middle Eastern countries were victims of well planned scheme to shake the grounds beneath the long lasting regimes.. The plan was a resultant of long covert fights, struggles and injustices; yet lots of circumstantial factors had enabled the maturity of that wide spread “Revolution”.. Understanding the public psychology and mass-mobilization were key elements.. Also, they were the breakthrough in mastering the political gaming.. Certainly, the whole thing was drawn by technocrats and academics, who were extremely faithful in their political affiliations.. This would explain the extraordinary chain of events and typical political developments across those countries..


Despite how the people responded, how the intelligentsia reacted, or how the regimes fought back; the typical symptom is the lack of leadership to advocate for the new wishful concepts.. This is another query on how they had successfully shaken the grounds; yet unable to control it..! Unfortunately, the global environment had escalated the events beyond the plan, forcing the planners to follow not to draw.. They managed to expel few strong men, and are about to kick away others, but they can’t lead the commons due to chronic deficiencies..


“Revolution” can easily destroy regimes, with the wide spread of anarchy and sense of revolt, but hardly to build new regimes as both the “euphoria of public mightiness” and the “hysteria of resistance” would develop “Chauvinism” and “Radicalism” on parallel.. Nobody would go immune from questioning or personal attacks.. Changing the Arabic political landscape was never a difficult task, as proven by history.. The deep rooted patriarchy and big-brotherhood make different accounts for the political gaming, despite the shouts which are claiming new generations of new mind-set.. However, the only change is the deeper confusion rather than the stronger reform.. With everyone is subject to illogic, illiterate and ill-mannered scrutiny; opportunities for potential new leadership are very slim..


After these few months, where life is disturbed in Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen and Libya; no sign of new leadership had proven livable.. Without leadership there is no vision, no mission, no targets, and no fruitful actions to record..!! The same illness had reached the Military of those countries, despite the seriousness of such indication.. “Revolution” had reached the Militaries, crippling their decisions, deviating their roles and question their preparedness to defend their own countries..


Middle East 2011 is naked from order, logic or future to predict..!


Stop calling it “Revolution” is a good threshold to start with.. Stop the hysterical search for political utopia and academic democracy.. Stop encouraging people to revolt and protest without reasonable justification.. Media worms prosper in such chaotic environment, with hot, live and talk shows.. The 0.5% who have internet accessibility are making noise beyond any logic but getting proud and busy.. The drama of resistance had inspired many writers, who are in return encouraging the people to keep revolting.. The bored world is happily amused and encouraging the Middle Eastern to keep their exotic political actions..!! It is a free movie in world of pre-paid cables..!


On the sidewalks, Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, Syria, Algiers, Sudan and Morocco, where regimes had learned the lessons and managed to counter-attack the ill-prepared activists..


I’m sorry to say it; but Middle Eastern became lab-rats, where empirical models of mass mobilization, socioeconomic changes and cultural landscapes are studied and analyzed in order to prepare for the true globalization.. It is when resources will short from the demand, demographics will contradict the useful need and consumption will exceed the capacity to recycle.. It is when the sole option would be the forcibly reduction of population on earth..!!

خلال الأشهر القليلة الماضية ، كانت دول الشرق الأوسط ضحايا مخطط مدروس لزعزعة أسس الانظمة التي قبعت في الحكم طويلاً.. كانت هذه الخطط نتاج المعارك السرية الطويلة ، والصراع مع الظلم ، ومع الكثير من العوامل الظرفية التي مكنت الثورة من الانتشار.. فبالاضافة الى السلوك النفسي المجتمعي ، وتعبئة العناصر الرئيسية للحركة ، كانت الانطلاقة نتيجة إتقان السياسيين للألعاب السياسية.. بالتأكيد ، مجهود التكنوقراط والأكاديميين بالاضافة الى النشطاء ذوي الانتماءات السياسية ؛ كان من شأنه تفسير سلسلة الأحداث والتطورات السياسية النموذجية في تلك البلدان

وعلى الرغم من الكيفية التي استجاب بها الناس ، وكيف كان رد فعل المثقفين ، أو كيف كافحت أنظمة الحكم من أجل بقائها ،فان السمة الغالبة هى عدم وجود قيادة للدفاع عن المفاهيم الجديدة.. وعلى الرغم من قدرة الثوريين على زعزعة أسس الحكم بنجاح ؛ فانهم غير قادرين حتى الآن على السيطرة علي الثورة.. ولسوء الحظ ، فإن المناخ العالمي يتصاعد في مواجهة أية أحداث خارجة عن خطة العولمة ، مما يضطر قادة الثورات لملاحقة الآحداث وليس صنعها.. قد يتمكنون من طرد بعض الرجال الأقوياء ، وقد يكونوا على وشك ركل الآخرين بعيداً ، لكنهم لا يستطيعون قيادة الجماهير بسبب عدم تأهلهم لذلك الدور

مع الانتشار الواسع للفوضى والتمرد ، فان الثورة يمكنها أن تدمر الأنظمة السياسية بسهولة ، ولكن بالكاد يمكنها بناء نظم جديدة ، تتساوى مع نشوة قدرة الجماهير ، و المقاومة الهستيرية ، وتضخم الشعور الوطني ، والتطرف السياسي والثقافي.. في اطار الثورة ، لن يكون أحد في مأمن من الاستجواب أو الهجوم الشخصي.. وكما ثبت من التاريخ فان تغيير المشهد السياسي العربي لم يكن مهمة صعبة.. الأبوية أو البطريركية عميقة وكبيرة ، تصنع حسابات مختلفة للألعاب السياسية ، على الرغم من الصيحات التي تدعي الأجيال جديدة والعقلية الجديدة ، فإن التغيير الوحيد هو تعميق الارتباك بدلا من الإصلاح.. ومع الثورة ، فان الجميع يخضع للامنطق وللأمية وسوء الخلق ؛ مما يضيق الفرص أمام أي قيادة جديدة

بعد هذه الأشهر القليلة ، حيث الحياة في تونس ومصر واليمن وليبيا صارت مليئة بالانزعاج ، دون أي دور واضح للقيادة الجديدة.. بدون قيادة لا توجد رؤية ولا توجد رسالة ، ولا أهداف ، ولا أية إجراءات مثمرة.. وعلى الرغم من خطورة مثل هذه المؤشرات فان نفس المرض قد أصاب المؤسسات العسكرية في تلك البلدان.. وكأن الثورة قد وصلت الى الجيوش ، لتعطيل قراراتها ، وتؤدي الى انحراف أدوارها ، والسؤال يرصد معنى ومدى استعدادهم للدفاع عن بلادهم

الشرق الأوسط عام 2011 مجرداً من المنطق ، أو حتى التنبؤ بالمستقبل

لعل الثورة هى عتبة الهستيريا الجديدة في البحث ، السياسي والديمقراطي الأكاديمي ، عن اليوتوبيا أو المدينة الفاضلة.. لابد من الكف عن تشجيع الناس على التمرد والاحتجاج من دون مبرر معقول..

مع سخونة الآحداث والبرامج الحوارية ، فان ديدان وسائل الإعلام تزدهر في هذه البيئة الفوضوية.. وبينما الذين يتكمنون من الوصول إلى الإنترنت لا يتجاوزون 5% ، ولكنهم يصنعون ضوضاء بدون أي منطق سوى الحصول على الفخر بالذات.. كثير من الكتاب يكتبون أعمالاً درامية مستوحاة من المقاومة الشعبية ، لذا ، وفي المقابل يسعى الكثيرين لتشجيع الناس على استمرار الثورة

في البحرين ، الأردن ، عمان ، سوريا ، الجزائر ، السودان والمغرب ، حيث كانت الأنظمة قد أخذت بالدروس المستفادة ، وتمكنت من الهجوم المضاد على النشطاء الثوريين ، والغير متأهبين للمقاومة

الشرق الأوسط أصبح مختبراً للفئران ، حيث يتم دراسة نماذج تجريبية للتعبئة الجماهيرية ، والتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية وتحليلها من أجل التحضير للعولمة الحقيقية.. وهي عندما تكون الموارد أقل من الطلب ، وتتناقض التركيبة السكانية مع الكفاءة ، ويتجاوز الاستهلاك القدرة على إعادة تدوير

العولمة المستقبلية هى الخيار الوحيد عندما يكون لا مفر من الحد القسري للسكان على وجه الأرض

Gaddafi 2011..

For 42 years, no single Arab cared for what rubbish this person was doing.. We were laughing, joking and amused by his circus events.. All Arabs treated Libyan people as aliens.. It will be healthier to share the regret on ignoring their suppression and unknown frustration.. It will be dignified to admit sharing the guilt, as much as had claimed been more educated, sensible and brighter than those Grandsons of Almokhtar.. I guess, once this regime is removed, the atrocities will be shocking to know..!!

The unfortunate and unprecedented challenge in Libya, is the systematic destruction of government and civic tools, by the claim of the "Green Revolution".. It had structured immature, chaotic and corrupt system of government that no academic researcher could figure..!

Regretfully, many of journalists, academics, writers and politicians had directly or indirectly supported the "intellectual" products of the freak Colonel.. Libyan moneys, oil and potentials were great appeal for the international business; while no actual concern was ever made to serve its people..

In the most optimistic scenarios, columnists had predicted a decade prior to any true sociopolitical changes in Libya.. Apparently, many were wrong.. However, the drama is just about to start.. How to build a country on the wrecks would be lift by Gaddafi..?

Gaddafi had severely lost it three times during his rule..

1st, when his mentor and benchmark Nasser suddenly died in 1970, It was too early for him and his fellow young army officers to figure out how to run a country with huge oil reserves.. He learned how to rule, the hard way with support of intelligence agencies in Egypt, Russia, Sudan; which had turned his regime into a police state..

2nd, when he disputed with Sadat of Egypt in 1975; who had launched a fierce media and political campaign against Gaddafi, turning the dispute into a personal insult on state level..!! This was the turning point in his personality, to claim visionary, scrape opposition and browse all political potentials..

3rd, when the Crows missiles missed him in 1986, but killed his daughter; he started to trade his limited immature powers with covert operations, economic deals and media circus.. Gaddafi armed most rebellions around the world, purchased senior politicians, and host pretty women for lectures in Rome..!!

Finally, Libya had been ruled by a freak personality; who likes to shake the audience by unexpected moves.. This time, the Libyan commons are unexpectedly shaking him..!
 
Once Gaddafi said: Democracy means "Dohmaa Alla Al-Karaci" (in Arabic: the Commons seating on chairs..)
