Knowledge Professionals
A knowledge based economy is built by worldly professionals, who are mostly in mid career and age.. They only need sustainability of opportunity, growth and livelihood..
- Opportunity to contribute and express their self-pride..
- Career growth with unlimited potentials and gains..
- Affordable urban livelihood to enjoy..
Offering these parameters is the sole foundation for amazing achiements and excellent performance.. The optimum administration at work..
Then, Business Leaders are no required to be tech-guru, but smart facilitators; to enable and motivate the delivery..
Civic Leaders need to coordinate the livelihood to enable the associated details..
Failure to secure these parameters will seriously hurt back, as they would leave, sailing to where competences are appreciated.. and rewarded..
Noteably, cross border insurers are creating attractive programs to fit these professionals, who indirectly denounce the definition of Homeland..!!

Doha Fires..!
It takes time, efforts to build the civic safety mindset..!
The causes of the fire were not known, but the interior ministry said that it broke out at Gate Three. Witnesses said that at least two major shops there were gutted by the fire.
Villagio is one of the most popular shopping and recreational malls in Qatar and features several facilities including cinemas, shops, a theme park and the Venetian Canal that allows visitors to board genuine Venetian gondolas.
The Qatari civil defence has managed to contain a large fire which started at 10am this morning, reported the official Qatar News Agency (QNA).
According to civil defence officials, the fire started in a sport utilities shop located close to Al Deera Souq.
The stacking of goods and strong winds helped the fire to spread to adjoining shops. There were no deaths or injuries, reported QNA.

Discipline vs. Precision..
It's normal for schools in the Far East to have an hour or two sessions in a week where the students are gathered outside in a field or some sort to learn discipline. From things like standing at an arm's length from the person in front of you and half an arm's length from the person to your right, to responding in a timely manner at commands. Students are conditioned to these timings and are ultimately attuned to each others' timings. Speaking and moving in unison when demanded
This is not an "Amazing Japanese Precision" as titled on YouTub, but "Discipline"..
During the last couple of years, Arabic Youth, Intelligentsia and Media-Speakers were all united against the Military Establishments.. This was part of their uprising against the corrupt political regimes; which had full control over the military in their countries.. Inevitably, the demise between politics and military was invisible across the Arab world, as well as in most 3rd world nations..
In this public hallucination, the military was badly named, accused of national betrayal and alignment with foreign imperialists and lobbyists.. All military attributes were condemn as back warding, while the term "Anarchy" was spreading across all levels.. History was in the course of rewritten by the enthusiastic anti-military.. Political dumbness was, and still common practice whereas everyone talks, and no one listens.. However, these hilarious battles still going on, while most of Arab nations are headless and dizzy.. This regretful phenomenon is expected to rule for the next 10 years..!!
Among those military-haters; none had the capacity to civilly define discipline, order and hierarchy.. Certainly, it was moves against the universal culture that Military had contributed to structure.. The people had forgot how history was built by Generals and War Lords; who had visions supported by powers.. Those were not exceptional, but ordinary military leaders.. The military code is a leadership one.. It is part of the civic evolution and growth.. A General can’t be a General if he is not a Leader..!
There is a great divide between Discipline and Precision..
Discipline is not discretionary, but Precession is.. You may choose to be precise or not, but once been disciplined, precision is not your choice anymore.. You will have to be precise even if you don’t want to be..!
This is how the great nations had been.. This is why many visionaries think to maintain the national service, and others who had it canceled advocate to have it back..
Civilization is synonymous to discipline.. Anarchy is never a positive attitude, but a pragmatic beneficiaries and imperialist one..
However, it seems big talk for small minds..!!

A Typical Management Mistake..!!
In today's management world, it was admitted how the role of "Brokers" is indispensible for business development and contracts’ formalization.. To meet the codes of transparency, governance and quality, it was initiated few years by CorporateUS, then legislatively endorsed; to formalize such a role in what became familiar:
"A Communications Advisor.."
Many officials in governments and corporations still unable to accustom to such new defined role; which more frequently blow up in noisy political and business scandals.. They can't incorporate it in SOW, MoR, Contracts, KPIs, etc..
A typical mindset barrier..!!
Maybe this recent big one would support the seriousness to enhance, engage and formalize that easy-to-manage role.. yet; very fatal to do business..!!
Fox apologises for giving 'impression of wrongdoing' over relationship with friend as pressure mounts over business meetings in Dubai and Sri LankaAllegations that Fox went ahead with arms deal meeting WITHOUT an MoD official.
Role of Fox's 'friend' Werritty to come under close scrutiny.
Variation in accounts he gave point towards minister hiding something.
New video shows Werritty attending meeting with Fox and Sri Lankan president in London last year.
Fox had previously said his friend never attended formal meetings with overseas dignitaries.

Liam Fox has apologised this evening after conceding that his relationship with former flatmate Adam Werritty 'may have given an impression of wrongdoing'.
In a statement released on his return to London, the Defence Secretary also admitted it was a 'mistake to allow distinctions to be blurred between my professional responsibilities and my personal loyalties to a friend'.
The beleaguered Tory also accepted that their close ties my have given outsiders the 'misleading impression that Mr Werritty was an official adviser.'
'At no stage did I or my department provide classified information or briefings to Mr Werritty or assist with his commercial work - let alone benefit personally from this work,' he said.
'Nevertheless, I do accept that given Mr Werritty's defence-related business interests, my frequent contacts with him may have given an impression of wrongdoing, and may also have given third parties the misleading impression that Mr Werritty was an official adviser rather than simply a friend.
'I have learned lessons from this experience.'
Dr Fox delivered his apology to David Cameron who is expected to make a decision on his future tomorrow after receiving a report on the controversy.

A League of Islamic Knowledge..
Manwar Ali; CEO, JIMAS, Ipswich, Suffolk
The question is simple, and been repeated in all media channels and systems. Both Muslims and non-Muslims are feeling the heavy burden of those ill-educated Muslim preachers; who had unintentionally delivered all extremism and unlawful practices of Islam. People know how these preachers are "Disconnected" from an epistemic point of view; but their memorization of Quran, Hadeeth and referrals had granted them shields against any critics or denunciations. Some of them are smart enough to "Chain" verses and quotes in an irrevocable and stunning series, that would shut the intelligent oppositions. Then, they would enjoy the hysterical "Cheers" from illiterate commons in villages and suburban.. Some of them had managed to invade the metropolises, creating state of chaos among politicians, technocrats and clerks who could not find the time or the habit to know better about their religion and what is Halal or Haram, and certainly would not stand debating the twisted logics..!!
New political regimes in some Islamically-populated countries; during 1950-1990 had tried to eliminate or mitigate the powers of those religious preachers, but the outcomes were bloody and terrifying for anyone to reattempt. In Egypt, Syria, Yemen, Turkey, Sudan, Pakistan and Morocco violent political unrests had disturbed the way of life and still do. In the countries around the Persian or Arabian Gulf, most political systems had surrendered to the religious lobbies and groups, with slim chances for change in the near future..!! Powers of religious preachers are resultant of combined illiteracy and frustration.
Common are mostly illiterate, who almost know nothing but what their parents and community Sheikh would tell. They practice lots of false or half-true concepts, react with strong belief in religious myths, and hardly receive any broadminded public speakers. Therefore; they are truly isolated, despite how much they are (in average, more than 70% of the population). Also, Commons are mostly frustrated as lots of economic, social, educational and health concerns are deteriorating; while no one to advise, to help or to rectify. They are ignored, while their literate children often migrate to the urban centers when opportunity comes, abandoning their families behind.. Therefore, majority of Muslims are either turn radicals or depressed..!
We can learn lots from the human civilization and how urbanism been consolidated, based on upgrading the concepts, approaches and applications of living.. Considering how religion is part of the way of living, it is essential to bring a regulatory concept that is extracted from the up-to-date theories, rather than those made centuries ago in Fez, Qirawan, Cairo, Damascus or Basra.. We need to rebirth Islamic studies in more contemporary theme, with no fear or illusions..
It is a complex problem generated from the curse of ancient wealth, when most Muslim countries were colonized in 1600th-1900th for their resources. Later; they had been lift independent with deep scares of cultural confusions, economic immaturity and social destruction. No one to be blamed, as these are all history. The new Muslim politicians should lit the knowledge torches and lead the path for the future, with national confidence and public sincerity.. Regretfully, this never been in practice in any, but partially in Malaysia..!
Such an extraordinary problem requires an extraordinary solution.. I think the following triple-cores plan will help.
Firstly; All NGOs should form and join a League of Islamic Knowledge, where they would agree to form and support an open curriculum for Islamic Studies; aims to produce new breed of Muslim Preachers. Enrollment is limited to degree holders, Programs includes fair portion of Quran and Hadeeth memorization, and Certification Board should include some scholars.
Secondly, the same league should organize programs to Employ those graduates in mosques and community centers, against a fair and attractive wages; which are generated through allocations, investments or fundraising.
Thirdly, alike all professional bodies, those graduates should obtain Annual PDUs for 10 years, which are provided by certified training centers.
I can read a future of such applications, as no difference from any other civic development had been witnessed in the Europe, North America or Far East..
We need to turn Islam from a religion to a way of life..
This is how we can bring a lasting change to the Muslim world..
Do we have the political will, as individuals and NGOs to make a difference..?
