Raising a Child..

In September of 1959, Susan Sontag lists her 10 rules for raising a child. (Their object, Sontag’s son David Rieff, edited this very volume.) Underpinning them is a subtle but palpable reverence for the precious gift of “childishness” — something

1.Be consistent

2.Don’t speak about him to others (e.g., tell funny things) in his presence. (Don’t make him self-conscious.)

3.Don’t praise him for something I wouldn’t always accept as good.

4.Don’t reprimand him harshly for something he’s been allowed to do.

5.Daily routine: eating, homework, bath, teeth, room, story, bed.

6.Don’t allow him to monopolize me when I am with other people.

7.Always speak well of his pop. (No faces, sighs, impatience, etc.)

8.Do not discourage childish fantasies.

9.Make him aware that there is a grown-up world that’s none of his business.

10.Don’t assume that what I don’t like to do (bath, hairwash) he won’t like either.

I'm not into this complex issue, not advocating nor supporting.. But understanding how much it grows and relates many confusing issues and development to a particular theory..

However, the topic is interesting and reflects many similar trends across the world..

As an ex-pat in South Korea, I am fortunate to be part of a society that has thus far rejected feminism.

On Korean television, men are still generally portrayed as strong, loving fathers, husbands, and sons.

Korean women, by and large, still practice the art of knowing when to be strong women, delicate ladies, and, on occasion, delightful girls. Career driven mothers are most definitely the exception and not the rule.

The unity of the family is still paramount here. Divorce is still a stigma that can stunt a woman's social and economic prospects. I don't say "single mother", because from what I understand, the courts tend to award custody to the father, especially if the woman instigated the divorce -- in which case, no alimony.

However, if the woman demonstrates that the father has been unfaithful, abusive, or negligent, these conventions are waived. In other words, Korean family courts are not venues for the highway robbery of men.

I like this society so much that, having married a woman with whom I know I'll go the distance, I have applied for citizenship. But I see a very disturbing trend emerging: a Luciferian attack on Korean children.

Some months back, I wrote about my attempts to strike at what I saw as the root of the corruption. Those efforts landed me in jail. The detectives interrogated me for three days. They wanted to know why I had been harassing certain people. I told them exactly why, and they took assiduous notes. I never retained a lawyer, stating that a man of truth needs no such animal.

TARGET YOUTH
This is all good news. But every time I get on the subway, I see signs of degradation everywhere, and it is almost always directed at youth.

Children are impressionable. Without watchful parents, most of them will imitate the garbage that is sold to them as "cool". The pop music culture here is vile, laced with pornographic dance and Masonic imagery. The boys are being taught that the metrosexual look is hip. I wonder what will happen to those boys when they get smacked upside the head with mandatory military service.

Every time I see a metrosexual boy on the subway, without exception, unless my wife is there to get embarrassed, I take him to task. I walk up to him with my turban and my very big beard. I squint at him until he starts to squirm. By now, people are looking. I create a silent situation. When the tension is sufficient, I bark out at him, in perfect Korean (I'm quite practiced in this):

"Your legs are hairy, but you have lipstick on! No boobs, but you're carrying a purse! Are you a BOY or a GIRL?"
"I -- I --"
"BOY OR GIRL! ANSWER! I AIN'T GOT ALL DAY!"
"I'm a -- I'm a boy!"
"BOYS don't wear lipstick and carry purses! I think you might be a very ugly GIRL!"
"No, I'm a boy!"
"You might THINK you're a boy! I think maybe you're a GIRL who just WANTS to be a boy! And yet, no boobs!"

By now, the old people are cackling and nodding vigorously. I get lots of positive feedback from the seniors when I do this. The "boy" is always cowed. He can't backtalk me, because he is a boy, and I am a man. He usually scampers off the train at the next station. The seniors know what's what. After the foregoing incident, once we have a dialogue going, I always tell them they have an enemy in their midst, and I ask if they know who the enemy is.

You'd be shocked how often they immediately reply: "The Jew".

GIRLS
Another thing I do, though much less often, is to counsel girls who dress like whores. Yes, the whore look is being foisted on girls who spend most of their week in dowdy school uniforms -- so this is mainly a weekend hit. When I see a girl who is obviously under 18 sluttishly dressed and with her face horribly disfigured by makeup, I gently ask her if she is trying to find a boy to have sex. Responses do not vary. There is zero defiance. They are always mortified, and sometimes confused, so I explain to them that the only reason any girl would dress that way would be to attract sexually excited boys.

"Well that's not why I'm dressed this way!"
"Why are you dressed that way, then?"
"Because [insert K- pop singer's name] dresses this way..."
"God made you prettier than she is. Why isn't God's look good enough for you?"

So goes my fight against the Illuminati in South Korea -- via guerrilla tactics, ones that I can't be arrested for.

Why is this important? Well, if I were awake and aware and living in North America right now, I'd have no hope for mankind -- none whatsoever. But I do have hope. The elites still have their work cut out for them here.

That said, even living in the society that I have just snapshot for you by anecdote, I am mightily concerned. I wonder if traditional family values here will be enough to squash the onslaught of Luciferian poison being sprayed directly into the brains of these children each time they watch a pop music show on TV.

They always start with the women and children. Everything else falls like dominos. Where will this go?

Feminism has failed in Korea
Here is a really funny example. There is a Korean breakfast cereal that consists of puffed barley. The pieces are oval and each has a black blotch on one side of it . A group of upstart feministas tried to lobby the National Assembly to pass laws banning this popular cereal.

Why? Are you sitting down?
  They claimed that the puffed barley grains looked like vaginas, and therefore degraded women. Assembly lawmakers did the sensible thing: publicly mocked the lobbyists, and sent them packing. At least, that is the story as was told to me by my university students.
But the children? I can't say. As a stepfather whose Korean teen stepson is militantly homosexual (a real rarity, but nonetheless a fact), I am worried, but again, not hopeless. I believe that if people stand firm for their families, they can overcome the Illuminati, because the elites are nothing without our submission and consent.

The West has been all but won. The East will be a tougher nut for them to crack.

Religion & Babies..

“I’m going to talk about religion. But it’s a broad and very delicate subject, so I have to limit myself. Therefore I will limit myself to only talk about the links between religion and sexuality…I will talk on what I remember as the most wonderful – it’s the moment when the young couple whispers, ‘tonight, we are going to make a baby,’” said Hans Rosling, the eclectic Swedish doctor and statistician known for his Gapminder tool, in a TedxSummit presentation in April.

In the past, Rosling has presented on topics ranging from human rights to washing machines. This time, in Doha, Qatar, he tackled the number of babies a woman will have in her lifetime, also known as total fertility rate (TFR). He tracks this figure, by country, along with average income and basic religion type, from 1960 to 2011.The results are intriguing.

Remarkable Progress
First, Rosling points out that humanity as a whole has experienced a rapid drop in the fertility rate over the past 50 years. “By 2010, we are actually 80 percent of humans who live in countries with about two children per woman,” he notes.
Even countries whose fertility rates seem to have stagnated more recently have experienced this “tremendous improvement.” Rosling highlights Ghana and Senegal, which have reduced their fertility rates from over seven in 1960 to between four and five today.

Rosling also notes that fertility has fallen “across the world,” even in lower income countries. For example, although Vietnam has less than five percent of the GDP of the United States, their TFR is comparable.
But high fertility remains in some poorer countries, like the Democratic Republic of the Congo (5.7, according to Gapminder) and Afghanistan (6.6). And although these countries have relatively high mortality rates, they are still projected to double their populations in 30 years. “In the world today, it’s the countries that have the highest mortality rate that have the fastest population growth because the death of a child is compensated by one more child,” says Rosling.

Religion and Fertility
Rosling also classified each country by the basic type of religion held by the majority of its inhabitants – Christianity, Islam, or “eastern religions,” which include Hinduism and Buddhism. “In 1960, you had to be a rich Christian to have few babies,” Rosling says. “The exception was Japan,” which had a fertility rate of two children per woman in 1960.Over time, however, fertility rates fell across the board. Now, “there’s no major difference” in the fertility rate of Islamic and Christian countries; countries of each religion experience high and low fertility rates. (Countries with “eastern religions” all currently have fairly low fertility rates; the highest, Nepal, has a TFR of 2.7.)

Rosling posits that the real barriers to reducing fertility are four-fold: “children should survive, children shouldn’t be needed for work, women should get education and join the labor force, and family planning should be accessible.”

“All the religions of the world are fully capable to maintain their values and adapt to this new world,” he says.

Intuitively, however, this isn’t exactly the full story. Rosling’s three very broad categories for religion obscure a great many differences between different sects and factions, and in some countries, religion is tied directly to those barriers he mentions.

In the Philippines, for example, the Catholic Church has been a major part of opposition to more and better access to contraceptives. Other countries, like Yemen, Afghanistan, and Liberia, face deep divides over women’s role in society, with very early marriage making it difficult for women to get an education and enter the labor force. Thus while there are countries of all religions which accept the use of modern contraceptives, for others, religion remains a very real obstacle to reducing fertility rates.

“Peak Child”
Nonetheless, Rosling is right when he says, “we have reached peak child” – at least if the UN Population Division’s medium variant projections are to be believed (there are also high and low variants). The number of babies being born around the world will likely never be higher than it is now. Yet world population is expected to continue to grow throughout the rest of the century. The UN medium variant projection for 2100 is 10 billion people. Rosling explains that total world population will increase despite the number of children in the world remaining fairly constant this century because younger generations are larger than older generations.

“You can see it’s like there are three [billion] missing here,” he says, referring to an illustration of global population created by stacking boxes. “They’re not missing because they’ve died – they were never born. Because before 1980 there were much fewer people born than there were during the last 30 years.” As the smaller, older generations age, they will be replaced by younger, larger generations, a trend known as population momentum. “This is the great fill-up, it’s inevitable.”

Although a large portion of future population growth is thus inevitable, the pace of fertility decline in those areas where it is still high is not. This creates the uncertainty in projections like those made by the United Nations. It’s also an impetus for countries and the international community to continue to break down Rosling’s four barriers.

“We will be just 10 billion in this world if the poorest people get out of poverty, their children survive, they get access to family planning – that is needed,” he stresses. “This is indeed important because everyone understands that there is some sort of limit on how many people we can be on this planet.”

Paris: In-vitro fertilisation (IVF) has given the world about five million new people since the first test tube baby was born in England 34 years ago, according to an estimate released on Monday.
As the initial controversy over man's scientific manipulation of nature has faded, about 350,000 babies conceived in petri dishes are now born every year, said the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).

That represents about 0.3 per cent of the 130-million-odd babies added to the world population annually.
“Millions of families with children have been created, thereby reducing the burden of infertility,” said David Adamson, chairman of the International Committee for Monitoring Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ICMART).
IVF, which involves placing an egg and sperm together in a petri dish for conception, and a sub-category known as ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) where the sperm is inserted with a micro-needle directly into the egg, have become commonplace.
But it has proven controversial over the years, with some fearing it paved the way for so-called designer babies whose characteristics are chosen by parents.

The Vatican considers it immoral because of the wastage of a large number of embryos, and the procedure has been criticised for allowing women to have children until a much older age.
The five million milestone “justifies all the legal and moral battles, the ethical debates and hard-fought social approval”, said Simon Fishel, a member of the team that helped conceive the world's first IVF baby, Louise Brown, born in 1978.
The birth estimate was done by ICMART for the 28th annual meeting of ESHRE which opened in Istanbul, Turkey, on Sunday.

It was based on the number of IVF and ICSI treatments recorded worldwide up to 2008, and estimates for the years thereafter for which confirmed figures are not yet available.
The data showed that about 1.5 million IVF and ICSI treatments are now administered around the world every year - more than a third of them in Europe.
Success rates have stabilised, with about a third of fertilised embryos implanted resulting in a live birth.
ESHRE said there was a trend in Europe to implant fewer embryos at a time, causing a drop in multiple births which carry a higher risk of complications for the mother, a lower baby birth weight, and developmental difficulties.
The number of triplets has fallen below one per cent, said the statement, “and for the first time, the twin delivery rate was below 20 per cent”.
