THERE IS something I must tell you about China: It is rather morally creative in the usage of its women.

There isn't a hotel, massage parlor, ktv, or conference hall in town that isn't frequented by “little sisters” (xiaojie), escort personnel (baopo), hostesses (peinv), or other types of prostitutes (jinv).
There’s a name for any relationship a female plaything may fall into: Here are the “second wives” (er laopo), women [who may have family or kids but] who indulge in extramarital affairs with men, married or not. Then we have “the thirds” (disanzhe) who are casual love affairs only.

The queen of all female roles, however –in direct competition with the faithful “wife” (laopo)- is the “mistress” (qingren). The mistress, a femme fatal, not only embodies adventure and carnal pleasures, but is also the surest status symbol a man can wish for: She shows you have money!

Technically, only married men can have mistresses; otherwise, if the gentleman is single, we would refer to his female company –however many of them- as simple “girlfriends” (nvpengyou). The Chinese tradition of maintaining mistresses is based on what good Christians would refer to as adultery –a sin; yet in China it is mere custom –a habit.

Consequently, when Westerners first come to China, they are utterly perplexed by the strict division here between marriage, romance, and sex – for which, in Chinese thinking, of course (at least) three different types of women are required.

Xu Qiya, a Jiangsu party official, had clearly set a local record with 140 mistresses; we know because he kept a sex diary; but he isn't an inventor: In fact, I have yet to meet a dulcet Chinese girl who has not been offered a gift from a married man at some time. At least, that’s what they told me.

Accepting any gift from a married man, whether it being a handbag, jewelry, a car, a trip to the beaches of Hainan, is the unspoken agreement of becoming the mistress of that benefactor. It is the lure and excitement of an extraordinary life-style –luxurious, free, illicit, and irresponsible - that drives ever more 20-somethings not to marry, or at least to postpone it until their bodies become less marketable.

Those entrepreneurial women, of course, fill the pool of potential future mistresses in China to the brim. If a woman is not married by the age of 26, she “expired” and is usually stigmatized as “leftover woman” (shengnv).

Now let us talk about the situation of the Chinese married man. Post-marital infidelity is encouraged in China just as pre-marital sex is encouraged in Europe. In comparison to the West, only very few wives in China will file for divorce upon discovery of her husband’s infidelity. It is rather sad.
In China, sex and power are a pair. Xinhua News, a state media, recently found that 95% of all corrupt officials in China also kept mistresses. And Tom Doctoroff, an economist, estimates that second wives probably account for one third of China’s entire consumption of luxury goods.

Let us talk about China’s capital -Beijing: From top to bottom, it isn't a place for connubial happiness: It’s a very patriarchal society (there is mistress culture, but no such things as mister culture), and some of the most powerful men, including the Communist Party of China, create and procreate here, trailed by legions of businessmen, scholars, diplomats, and entrepreneurs, who mostly see no problem in renting a maid for warming their pillows.

In fact, Business Insider, the magazine, quoted a vice-ministerial-level official who insisted that “there is no official at his level who doesn't have at least a few lovers.” It is a must-have.
The victim is the young woman of China: As her feelings for any particular man dwindles (they are all cheaters, no?), she, too, becomes emotionally detached, and regards being a mistress as a form of business, or transactions of favors –a form of consumerism.

There are several grades of “maintaining” (baoyang) a mistress: The cheapest, of course, is to bed a university student. She is young, flexible, poor, and full of romantic ideas in her head. She will eventually marry a fellow classmate, but until then she may want to sneak out and bag a sugar daddy in Wudaokou, Zhongguancun, or Shaoyang district.

Next is the working woman. She is independent, has experience, and owns or rents her own place. (She might be even married, but, with her husband banging the next hostess at the local karaoke bar, she probably thinks what the heck.)

Perhaps the highest cost of maintenance goes to the trophy mistress (huaping, a "flower pot"). Her goal and profession is to conquer the most powerful man she can find at a time. It's a life-style - it's her religion. Enormous financial resources, and a good amount of drama, are necessary to snag such high-profile gold digger.

It has been observed that many Chinese women opt out of the Chinese tradition of cheating husbands and try to find a foreigner, preferably from a traditional monogamous society like Western Europe. Those "foreigners" (laowai) may also cheat on their spouse, of course, but for individual reasons, not, as is the case in China, as a social prescription or norm.

And so the mistress culture of China lives on, from vulgar to lustrous and glittering, and if the endless supply of young women for successful men does not ebb - and if women don't divorce - the husband and his lovers will happily drive the market for luxury goods, hotel rooms, and publications about mistresses, and, almost as an afterthought, minister to their ethical ruin.

A former trained soldier has swapped her Territorial Army beret for a veil and become Britain's first transgender Muslim woman. Lucy Vallender used to be called Laurens and says she is finally 'true to herself' after a sex change three years ago.
The 28-year-old is now married to a Muslim man she met on an online dating site, but he did not know she was once a man when they wed.
She now wears a full veil outside her Swindon home to show the world she is married.
The former labourer said 'she used to love firing guns' and claims she drank regularly with the other squaddies as a TA private, but Lucy knew at 14 she wanted to become a woman.
'I tried to do macho things you know to stop how I was thinking, but it didn't work because I was trying to be someone I wasn't,' she said.
'I felt differently to others - I was attracted to men.
'But I suppressed my feelings and tried to live like most people my age.
'I'd go out clubbing with friends and drink a lot of alcohol.
'I had girlfriends too, but it would never get physical and always fizzled out after a couple of months.
'Joining the TA was my final attempt at trying to fit in to that kind of life but I couldn't handle it anymore and left after about a year.
'I felt like I was in the wrong body. To carry on living as a male was living a lie.'

Has the sexual revolution been good for American women?  Not at all.  In fact, when you look at the facts it becomes clear that the sexual revolution has been an absolute disaster for American women.  In the United States today, men have been trained to primarily view women as sex objects, and our culture has become exceedingly promiscuous. 

As a result, the United States leads the world in teen pregnancy, there are 19 million new STD infections every single year, more than half of all children born to women under the age of 30 are being born out of wedlock and we are witnessing the systematic breakdown of the family unit in America.  And yet anyone that tries to teach our young women that they should dress modestly and keep themselves pure for marriage is severely criticized. 

Well, if all Americans actually did keep themselves pure until marriage, we wouldn’t have nearly the problems with STDs, teen pregnancy and abortion that we do today.  The consequences of teaching our young women that they should be “free” to run around and sleep with a whole bunch of different men have been dramatic. 

The following are 25 signs that American women are being destroyed by the sexual revolution and our promiscuous culture…

#1 There are 19 million new STD infections in the United States every single year.  Approximately half of them happen to young people in the 15 to 24-year-old age bracket.
#2 It costs the U.S. health care system approximately $17,000,000,000 every single year to treat sexually transmitted diseases.
#3 There were more than 1.4 million cases of chlamydia reported in the United States in 2011.  An astounding 33 percent of those cases involved Americans that were younger than 20 years of age.
#4 It is estimated that about one out of every six Americans between the ages of 14 and 49 have genital herpes.
#5 24,000 American women become infertile each year due to undiagnosed STDs.
#6 In the United States today, approximately 47 percent of all high school students have had sex.
#7 Sadly, one out of every four teen girls in the U.S. has at least one sexually transmitted disease.
#8 According to one survey, 24 percent of all U.S. teens that have STDs say that they still have unprotected sex.
#9 Amazingly, one out of every five teen girls in the U.S. actually wants to be a teenage mother.
#10 If you can believe it, the United States has the highest teen pregnancy rate on the entire planet.  In fact, the United States has a teen pregnancy rate that is more than twice as high as Canada, more than three times as high as France and more than seven times as high as Japan.
#11 When men don’t have to wait until they get married to have sex, then they are likely to delay marriage or never get married at all.  According to the Pew Research Center, only 51 percent of all Americans that are at least 18 years old are currently married.  Back in 1960, 72 percent of all U.S. adults were married.
#12 Today, an all-time low 44.2 percent of all Americans between the ages of 25 and 34 are married.
#13 In the United States today, more than half of all couples “move in together” before they get married.
#14 The divorce rate for couples that live together first is significantly higher than for those that do not.
#15 America has the highest divorce rate on the globe by a wide margin.
#16 For women under the age of 30 living in the United States today, more than half of all babies are being born out of wedlock.
#17 At this point, more than one out of every four children in the United States is being raised by a single parent.
#18 Approximately 42 percent of all single mothers in the United States are on food stamps.
#19 The sexual revolution has caused women to be primarily looked at as sex objects.  In this kind of environment, it should be no surprise that there has been an absolute explosion of pornography in recent years.  An astounding 30 percent of all Internet traffic now goes to pornography websites, and the U.S. produces more pornography than any other nation has in the history of the world.
#20 One survey discovered that 25 percent of all employees that have Internet access in America visit sex websites while they are at work.
#21 Overall, more than 50 million babies have been killed in America since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973.
#22 When you total up all forms of abortion, including those caused by the abortion drug RU 486, the grand total comes to more than a million abortions performed in the United States every single year.
#23 The number of American babies killed by abortion each year is roughly equal to the number of U.S. military deaths that have occurred in all of the wars that the United States has ever been involved in combined.
#24 It has been reported that a staggering 41 percent of all New York City pregnancies end in abortion.
#25 One study found that 86 percent of all abortions are done for the sake of convenience.

So what can be done about any of this?

Unfortunately, turning our culture around would not be an easy thing.  Loose sexuality is glorified on television, in the movies, on our radios and in our magazines.  Just about everywhere you turn there are very powerful sexual images.

America’s culture has come a long way since the 60s. For decades it has resembled a filthy sewer and shows no signs of returning to decency. Children are being sexualized with markets targeting little girls as young as kindergarten age. Cable television (which includes ABC, CBS, NBC) has become nothing more than a purveyor of soft porn. Sexual imagery is everywhere. The filth used to be confined to porn channels like HBO, Cinemax and others which I have never had in my home. Now, it’s the ‘big three’ (ABC, CBS, NBC) and all the other networks that consistently pump sin and sex into households every night of the week.


Meanwhile, we have raised an entire generation of young males that don’t know how to be men.  Our culture has taught them to be extremely hesitant to be husbands and fathers, and instead it has taught them to be sex-obsessed idiots that want to “score” with as many women as possible.
As long as our culture pushes these values, we will continue to suffer the kinds of consequences listed above.

Talking Marriage..

 

Deformed Marriage; whereas parenthood competences decline, psychic stresses are high, and emotional divorce rates are astronomical.. Maybe it is not surprising that most men are driven by a hilarious search for “free” sex.. Yet it is a mystery; how women submissively offer this “service”; solely carry the “burden” of consequences..!!

This is how family foundations got destroyed..

This is why societies should be ruled by Knowledgeable Politicians.. Whom 1^st decision will publicize the mass media, militarize male youth, and regulate religious authorities..!!

Why is that..?

Parenthood is far complex and elevated set of preparedness, morals and behaviors than the simple movie and TV attractions of pretty girls and handsome boys, meeting on clean bed-sheets..!! It is not the publically shown love or the attractive adolescent style of living; but realizing the scared mission to breed and sustain the human race.. and civilization..!

Since the rise of Baby-Boomers; most of married ones became ill-prepared for the mission.. Traditional schooling used to provide girls with home-making syllabuses, and boys with manly crafts.. Modern Mass Media had downgraded marriage to be intuition-based rather than epistemic one.. This had elevated the sexual component to be the core of marriage, instead of the moral contents..

Emotional divorce happens when partners are no longer sharing views of who’s who and what’s what.. A synonym of modern livelihood is the universal restructuring of rights and obligations, across all forms of living and activities.. It sounds a great humane achievement; till routs cross or clash.. The moral foundation of rights and obligations had many areas that were deliberately left blank for personal circumstances; which were unwisely filled with almost no chances for change, reform or adjust.. In today’s world, each of the married has wider private spaces and interests, so are the children..!!

Unless personal argument and disagreement are extremely tense; husbands shamelessly approach their swiftly-surrendering wives.. Universally, the traditional cultural ingredients allow no-objection from a wife; unless emotionally grown enough to say: No.. It is a fact that consensual sex has various psychic, physical and emotional benefits that make it appealing to repeat.. Despite any practical circumstance; both Men and Women are increasingly clever to seduce the other for such a moment of unique pleasure.. However, this friction of time is mysteriously enough to heal lots of the heat in matching personalities and preferences..

One of my whimsical observations based on my annual pilgrimmage to the lifestyle capital of Canada, a.k.a. Toronto.

As my longtime readers know, I live in South Flin Flon, Manitoba,(aka Winnipeg) a frontier town on the snowbound Canadian Prairie. I miss the urban ambiance of Toronto where I was a grad student from 1976-1982. Every year, I can't wait for the ice to melt so I can canoe to the Metropolis and pontificate on the latest trends:

1. While men use smart phones for business, women turn to them to fulfill their emotional needs. You see them on the streets making love to their phones. Their expressions reflect the urgency, desire and satisfaction that used to be reserved for sex. Women are discovering that "relationship maintenance" is far more satisfying than hookups, anal intercourse and other forms of modern sex.

The sight of so many women with faces and ears glued to phones gives rise to another futuristic vision: Wireless-controlled women. Some day, women will receive instructions governing every aspect of their lives and thought. "Henry Makow is making a speech at Dundas and Bay. Can all women in the area swarm this man and set him straight?"

2. There is enough eye candy here to give an old man diabetes. Translation: I see more beautiful young women here in an hour than in two weeks back in S. Flin Flon. Some of these young women have made it their job to look like ethereal young goddesses. They are so self conscious and reverential, you feel their beauty might be tarnished by a glance. 

 3. The postmodern metropolis resembles the aftermath of a Mongol raid where the barbarians (Khazars?) have broken down the doors of every home and forced the women to leave their hearths and nurseries and congregate in the town square and side streets. There, they were instructed to get professional degrees and jobs in online marketing. Everywhere you go, you overhear women pitching themselves or some product like luxury handbags. There is no peace for them.

Yet at the same time, you feel that if a man made them a decent offer, and put up with their bullshit, they'd gladly return to the home where they know they belong. They display their toned thighs through skin-tight leggings practically begging a good man to father their children and make women out of them again.

4. I am staying on the campus of my alma mater, the University of Toronto.
I am amused to see the campus decorated with banners on lightposts featuring pictures of professors like they are on the cutting edge of progress and enlightenment. The captions read something like, "Arno Miller- Fighting Climate Change." Or " Sammy Ganz- Imagination on Fire."

Hype is the last refuge of scoundrels. If you can't produce the real thing, start lying about it. Universities have seamlessly melded with the bankers' Communist NWO agenda. They are not devoted to free inquiry and the pursuit of truth. They are obstacle courses where our future Quislings compete for acceptance.

Ever wonder why professors are paid so much for six-months work? Think of them as actors or entertainers. They are paid to pretend to investigate and teach the truth. They create the faux education system just like politicians create the faux political system and journalists the faux free press. That's why professors earn $175,000 a year... plus $450 for their souls.

But I am grateful for small mercies. The residence where I am staying still has different MALE and FEMALE bathrooms! There is hope yet for civilization!

The Multi-Billion Dollar Brassiere Industry

The recent preventive Double Mastectomy of Angelina Jolie; had kicked off a debate  on perceptions of Feminism and Aesthetics as well. It is not only about the conventional sexy looks of a woman, but also on the cost of her own fitness and health. Alike most issues, the Millennia Generation had already put many given thoughts and concepts on new trails towards different mindset and consensus. However, such issue of Bra-or-not is irrelevant for many females in Africa and Asia. Among nomad and rural, such urban code or luxury is not interesting nor concerning. However, the decency of non-swinging breasts is almost agreeable, not because of anything, but intrrupting attention..!!

 

 

 

French Scientists Suggest Women Should Stop Wearing Bras

Science puts a new view forward in the anti-brassiere argument.
 

Women have bound their breasts since antiquity, for modesty’s sake or to conform to an aesthetic ideal. Exposing the breast for human survival in breastfeeding is supposed to be kept politely minimal, even with the known multiple benefits of breastfeeding.
 
In the Western world, women avoid the free-swinging breast, a point of view encouraged by the multi-billion dollar brassiere industry. That began to change in the 1960s, when the Women’s Liberation movement proclaimed brassieres to be as oppressive as the corsets our grandmothers wore. Still, the majority of today’s women continue wearing the bra, conforming to societal norms and to fashion. Recent research conducted in France may influence women to change their minds again.

Professor Jean-Denis Rouillon, professor at the University of Franche-Comté in Besançon, recentlt concluded, after a 15-year study of 330 women, that supporting breasts in a bra helps not at all, neither “medically, physiologically nor anatomically.”
 
Rouillon argues that chest muscle and ligaments that support the breasts atrophy over time if the breasts’ natural motion is restrained by a bra. He claims that the women under study actually developed stronger supportive muscle while going bra-less. (Breast ligaments, which give the breast elasticity, do not regain tone as muscle does; like rubber bands, once they stretch out, they remain limp.) Rouillon proved his claim by the research participant’s nipples lifting 7mm towards the shoulder in one year. According to Rouillon, the women’s breasts became firmer and stretch marks faded.
 
Apart from wishing to improve the silhouette, women should be asking questions about bras versus female health. Some defenders of the no-bra cause claim that bras restrict the drainage of the axillary (armpit) lymph nodes. Lymph nodes help move bacteria, dead viruses and other blood toxins out of circulation. The implication is that these toxins simply stay in the armpit and breast area when a bra is worn, degrading health.
 
Others say that bras retain the heat naturally generated by the breast during movement, thereby increasing the chance of inflammation of the breast tissue and subsequently, cancer. With breast cancer rates rising almost visibly, it may be worth investigating that idea.
 
Although these issues are valid and deserve more research, there are no definite answers to anti-bra arguments based on health concerns. Respected institutions like the American Cancer Society invalidate the theory that bra-wearing increases chances of getting breast cancer. Proponents retort that as parallels between lung cancer and smoking were vigorously denied for decades by bodies with big financial interests in tobacco, so does the brassiere industry have interests in squashing that theory.
 
In the meantime, Rouillon is reluctant to advise all women to take their bras off. He said that the research participants didn’t represent the population at large – his study was conducted on women between the ages of 18-35. Further, he says that older women who have worn bras since early adolescence would gain nothing from removing their bras.
 
Presumably, Professor Rouillon means that if it’s too late to rebuild breast-supporting muscle, a woman might as well look good in her clothes and wear a bra.

Sexual Barbarism of Egypt

Since the famous Tahrir protests of 2010, Egypt had been condemned for massive and sometimes violent sexual harassment of women.. The phenomenon had attracted the attention of global media, with frustrated, curse or fun commentators.. Topped with the famous video catching Egyptian Presidents openly manages his “thing” in a formal reception with the Australian Prime Minister..!!

Many commentators had justified the phenomenon by revolutionary blow, political suppression and confused proposition in the great uncertainty that flows.. However, absence of influential government and law & order had brought no solution, but hiding the unfortunate events from the media loudspeakers..

The media had widely exaggerated the matter in absence of records, statistics or watchdogs.. The global average of sexual assault and rape is 300 cases per a 100,000 capita.. Annually; USA has more than 90,000, India 20,000, UK 14,000 and Germany 8,000 cases.. Egyptian statistics before 2010 showed average 70 rape-cases reported to the police; due to the social stigma that hides and covers the actual number of cases.. In similar societies such as Morocco and Turkey, it is 1,000 cases..

Egyptian indecent males are no different from the others; yet more vulgar, abusive and immoral..!

The rise of Rape and sexual assault is well attached to urbanism and population.. As how people live with threats of space, employment and recognition; there responses are violent and irrational.. The role of government is controlling and reducing the root-causes of violence, by social welfare and economic balances.. Yet, the role of NGOs is to mitigate and defuse the potentials of inadequate behavior by developing more sense of community and solidarity..

Human Sexuality and Religious Norms

Regretfully, very few, or none, Muslim writings of the Sex topic.. Muslims, driven not only by Scriptures, but with traditional Arabic moralities as well, had shied away from speaking out in comfortable details about the subject.. Muslim Sufis, in their own confusing terms, had linked the term to divine wisdom or sacred secret..


However, I believe that our Humane Civilization is losing without the Muslim contributions, which would add lots of energetic concepts for the common understanding.. and goodness..

Decades after the sexual revolution, many religious conservatives remain fiercely committed to preaching, if not always living, an absolute and absolutist understanding of human sexuality. Mainstream biologists, psychologists and sociologists, building on the science of evolution and other modern advancements of understanding, have helped redefine the meaning of normal when it comes to sex, moving mountains so to speak, and yet these religious conservative retain a rule-heavy belief about who should and shouldn’t be having sex and how sex ought always to be done by those morally permitted to get down to business. In word, if not always in every deed, they morally reject sex before marriage, entertaining lustful thoughts, masturbation, fornication, cohabitation, homosexuality, and pornography. They stand athwart the new normal yelling “Sin!”

Social progressives may hold out hope that these religious conservatives will one day appreciate sex as something good outside the hard and fast rules of their religion. I think this change unlikely because it would take a fundamental paradigm shift. Conservative Christians, for example, view human sexuality principally as a sacred reality. In a number of moral theologies, God designed human sexuality for the purpose of procreation, and commanded all human beings, from Adam and Eve onward, to be fruitful and multiply, engaging in sex strictly in accordance with the order of the divine plan. St. Thomas Aquinas argued this philosophically, concluding that every emission of semen, ordered in such a way that generation cannot follow, is contrary to the good and nature of man, and if done deliberately, a sin. Every sexual act must, in principle, follow a form that is open to life, whether or not the couple’s union is fertile, infertile, or sterile. To engage in sex in any way contrary to the good, human nature, and God’s design makes the person or persons involved arbiters of God’s plan, manipulators of something holy, grave sinners. They are not to take control of their sexuality, but control their appetites and behaviors in keeping with a strict religious meaning of sexuality to which is owed devotion and obedience. The giver of the gift of sex makes the rules, and they must follow these norms.

It should be noted that some religious conservatives will, in addition to approaching the reality of human sexuality from a theological position, also strive to understand its meaning from the standpoints of science, philosophy, and culture. They may accept that human sexuality is the result of millions of years of evolution, but—and this is key—they will interpret this evolutionary meaning in light of their religious doctrine. Where evolution may suggest a fluid meaning to sexuality, this meaning will be understood within the framework of the God-given morally-absolute meaning. All inquiry here will begin and end within the religious sphere, even if detours are taken into the sciences.

So long as these religious conservatives begin their understanding of human sexuality on the premises of revelation, they’ll not change on the basics. To make such change would indicate that the meanings of sex and of revelation are not truly fixed. What we might see in time is some of these religious conservatives changing the starting point of their approach to sex and sexual norms from religious premises to secular ones, beginning, for example, without the assumption that human sexuality has an immutable divinely-given meaning, but rather a fluid evolutionary one. Were this road to be taken, while religion retained, the statements in revelation pertaining to sex would have to be reinterpreted so as to be taken less literally. The theologies of God’s providence over human procreation would need to be rethought. In this context, a sexual revolution would necessitate a religious revolution. We’re unlikely to witness such a sweeping change, especially given the position of religious conservatives, who stand not passively against the waves of secularism, but seek actively to turn the tide and win converts to their cause.

Campaigners in Egypt say the problem of sexual harassment is reaching epidemic proportions, with a rise in such incidents over the past three months. For many Egyptian women, sexual harassment - which sometimes turns into violent mob-style attacks - is a daily fact of life, reports the BBC's Bethany Bell in Cairo.

Last winter, an Egyptian woman was assaulted by a crowd of men in the city of Alexandria.

In video footage of the incident, posted on the internet, she is hauled over men's shoulders and dragged along the ground, her screams barely audible over the shouts of the mob.
It is hard to tell who is attacking her and who is trying to help.
The case was one of the most extreme - but surveys say many Egyptian women face some form of sexual harassment every day.

Marwa, not her real name, says she worries about being groped or verbally harassed whenever she goes downtown. She says it makes her afraid.
"This is something that scares me, as a girl. When I want to go out, walking the street and someone harasses or annoys me, it makes me afraid.
"This stops me from going out. I try to be excessively cautious in the way I dress so I avoid wearing things that attract people."

'Deeply rooted'
The day I met Marwa, she was wearing a long headscarf pinned like a wimple under her chin, and a loose flowing dress with long sleeves over baggy trousers.
But dressing conservatively is no longer a protection, according to Dina Farid of the campaign group Egypt's Girls are a Red Line.
She says even women who wear the full-face veil - the niqab - are being targeted.
"It does not make a difference at all. Most of Egyptian ladies are veiled [with a headscarf] and most of them have experienced sexual harassment.
"Statistics say that most of the women or girls who have been sexually harassed have been veiled or completely covered up with the niqab."

In 2008, a study by the Egyptian Centre for Women's Rights found that more than 80% of Egyptian women have experienced sexual harassment, and that the majority of the victims were those who wore Islamic headscarves.

Said Sadek, a sociologist from the American University in Cairo, says that the problem is deeply rooted in Egyptian society: a mixture of what he calls increasing Islamic conservatism, on the rise since the late 1960s, and old patriarchal attitudes.
"Religious fundamentalism arose, and they began to target women. They want women to go back to the home and not work.
"Male patriarchal culture does not accept that women are higher than men, because some women had education and got to work, and some men lagged behind and so one way to equalise status is to shock women and force a sexual situation on them anywhere.
"It is not the culture of the Pharaohs; it is the culture of the Bedouins," Mr Sadek says.

Mr Sadek and women's campaign groups also blame what they call the lack of security enforcement. They say the police should do more to enforce laws protecting women from harassment.

"If the girls were dressed respectably, no-one would touch them. It's the way girls dress that makes guys come on to them”

And the harassers are getting younger and younger.
On the Qasr al-Nil bridge in central Cairo, a hotspot for harassment, I met a group of teenage boys hanging out near street stalls blaring loud music.
When I asked them about a recent case of mass harassment in which women at a park were groped by a gang of boys, they told me the girls brought it on themselves.
"If the girls were dressed respectably, no-one would touch them," one of them said. "It's the way girls dress that makes guys come on to them. The girls came wanting it - even women in niqab."
One of his friends told me the boys were not to blame, and that there was a difference between women who wore loose niqabs and tight ones.
A woman who wore a tight niqab was up for it, he added.

But attitudes like these horrify many Egyptian men - like Hamdy, a human rights activist.
"I really feel very upset myself because I think about my family, my sisters and my mother," he said.
"Before Eid [the festival at the end of Ramadan], I was downtown and I had my sisters with me. It gets very crowded and I had my eyes everywhere, looking around and I shouted at a pedlar who got in their way. In our religion this is something that is not allowed."

The new government says it is taking the problem seriously - although many campaigners argue it is not a priority yet.

For women - like Nancy, who lives in central Cairo - it is a question of freedom.
"I want to walk safely and like a human being. Nobody should touch or harass me - that's it."

The world’s newest country still practices a shameful old tradition. Now a new movement aims to stop it.
Atia Odongi was 8 years old when her family gave her away. A crime had been committed in her town of Torit in South Sudan—Atia was selected to pay the price.
Atia’s brother had killed a man over a cattle dispute, so Atia was handed over to the man’s family as
compensation. It’s a traditional practice in communities across her state of Eastern Equatoria in South Sudan, the country that became independent from Sudan in July 2011, after decades of civil war. For girls like Atia, their life becomes one of servitude and abuse, as the new families often harbor bitterness, taking revenge upon the girls they are given.
When Atia turned 9 years old, she was married to a son in her new family. When that man died of an illness, she was passed on to a younger brother. She spent her days scrubbing and cleaning—and being raped repeatedly by her new husband and other men in the family, with the intention of producing a child to replace the murdered family member. She was beaten if she fought back.
“I tried to kill myself twice,” says Atia, now 14 and still living in servitude.

Her name came out during the Egyptian upraising of 2011; I assumed been one of the new wishful Egyptian intelligentsia.. I guess I was wrong, as part of Feminism is another form of Extremism..!!

The general theme among the female commentators on Mona AlTahawi's piece, was that sense of discomfort on what she had composed.. This reflects not only the intellectual deviation she illustrated by reducing Muslim women causes to be Egyptian or Saudi; but also how she had addressed those critical issues without epistemic referrals or knowledge..

She did not advise on solution of those topics she pinpointed, only a cliché actions that already included in all acting NGOs, lobbies and political parties.. As how her article was hot, fierce and flammable; there were no innovative or breathtaking solutions provided.. Another episode of systematic “ejaculations” form the so-called intellectual elite..

For me, any sort of hysterical expression is a sort of extremism, as simply crosses the parameters of logic, order and/or epistemia.. Avoiding the controversial definition of civilization, I tend, professionally and logically to refer to the urbanism as an umbrella of progressive citizenship, whereas individuals would intelligently exercise their receipts, contributions and expressions within a vision to add value, not to ignite unnecessary and unhealthy hallucinations..

The 3rd world will not stand up by that simple destruction of stigmas and taboos; which are too many.. But by scientific and intellectual approaches that would highly consider the recipients rather than the activists..

Between self-polishing on media stages and self-struggle on grounds of need; there are great divides and vast mazes..!

Why Do They Hate Us?
Some may ask why I'm bringing this up now, at a time when the region has risen up, fueled not by the usual hatred of America and Israel but by a common demand for freedom. After all, shouldn't everyone get basic rights first, before women demand special treatment? And what does gender, or for that matter, sex, have to do with the Arab Spring? But I'm not talking about sex hidden away in dark corners and closed bedrooms. An entire political and economic system -- one that treats half of humanity like animals -- must be destroyed along with the other more obvious tyrannies choking off the region from its future. Until the rage shifts from the oppressors in our presidential palaces to the oppressors on our streets and in our homes, our revolution has not even begun.

A Sudanese fellow had posted a clip; warning people (particularly men) from the frauds over faulty hymen restoration surgery, which enables non-virgin girls to claim modest.. This had recalled an attempt 35 years ago; to campaign against the paradoxical concept of virginity, commonly known among my folks.. While girls should restrictedly be virgin on their wedding event, men are implicitly accepted to have the “experience” to improve their potency..!!

Chastity belt reminds me with such psychopathic contradiction; which is not supported by any faith or logic.. It is a claim to hide the awkward obscenity within our cultural genes.. Despite the notorious fame that it is a device made for females; most of the people don’t know; that the “Chastity Belt” had had two versions: one for female use, and another for male use..!!

Ironically; the Renaissance had witnessed the creation of the chastity belts; parallel to all intellectual achievements.. As how these were used to affirm the chastity of females, they also affirmed control over the sexual behavior of their males.. Both were shameful marks of the Mankind; whereas obsession of the biological kinship and guarding the females were direct reflections of masculine centuries of adultery, rape, abuse, and humiliating retaliations..

The same obsession stills alive till date, while declining by urbanism, it is very much in control among rural areas, religious groups and underdeveloped countries.. Luckily, the hygiene concerns had ended the use of chastity belts in early 1900th.. On parallel, throughout history; restricted traditions and informal penal codes, including the “Honor-Killings”, are shacking morals and identities..

Today’s DNA tests can affirm the biological kinship; divorced women are no longer a curse to marry; and more information is circulated on hymen natural disorders.. Therefore, the whole practice is eventually reduced to only guard the females’ genital organs..

In the Western hemisphere; intensive sexual education curriculum's and media became norms.. Despite how virginity became an issue with minimal concern, interruption of kinship became a typical nightmares and source of instability among married couples and families.. However; developed legislatures had renounced the subject from moralities into legalities..

Among the conservative world; surgical restoration of hymen became profitable business.. Apart from intercourse, all techniques of sexual intimacy are almost a common know-how.. While men are the sole consumers for sex trades, they practice severe schizophrenic attitudes towards their female relatives.. Simply; most women became silent victims and sex-related patients; while responsible to raise the wonderful kids..!!

Despite the claims of the feminists, the legacy of human race tells how females were always commodities among trading, fighting or reconciling males.. Exchanging females as gifts was commonly known among Monarchs; Merchants and Commanders.. Slave females had reshaped the ethnic maps much more than the rapist invaders.. As how Mankind was always speechless in front of the birth phenomenon, he had early realized how this process is attached to his psychology and culture frameworks..

It is greatly confusing how an intellectual educated male will deny an equal experience from the female he claims loving or proposing to marry..??

No one can deny the amount of distress, depression and humiliation our females are exposed to during their lives.. Such practices are common across all social categories and ranks.. They are associated with lots of emotional and physical abuse, as if wives are constantly raped by their own husbands..!! 
Simply, Women suffer in dark silence; while who would dare to object; will be notoriously named.. Unless such sex-related stereotype changes, lots of silent agony, hurt and suppression will continue to breed our psychopathic new comers.. !!

Then everyone wonders: Why we are declining..!!

Once; I had shared the appreciation for all talented people; who form our public culture and life modeling.. Then I discovered that many of them are member of the GLB community (Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual).. Many of them are shamelessly well know to public media.. Many of them have enthusiastic audiences and fans; whom through they contribute in shaping the human civilization.. Despite how controversial the GLBT-Rights matter is; I maintain my simple religious beliefs about it.. Meanwhile, I have my own intellectual vision and verdict on it..

The true talent is a divine gift; which should (at least) compliment to both "normal behavior and code of decency.." Despite the luxurious and meaningless philosophies, within hearts and minds of the peoples’ majority; clear comprehension is commonly agreed on both fundamentals and substances of life.. Controversies on GLBT definitions and rights are intellectual fantasies supported by beneficiary groups; who none of them is a GLBT affiliate..!!

As a Muslim, there is a great contradiction between my righteous beliefs and those celebrities..!!
